THEY UNDERPAY
THEY UNDERPAY, take into consideration all fake complaints of the entitled customers, who put the phone 5 meters from them or so and the sound is lost and you can't hear, or speak bad English, or put phone too close and there's echo, or speak without a break, speak fast, speak pigeon English etc etc - it will all be a fault of the interpreter. Also, you never know if you have enough work, it might suddenly stop or reduce because of unknown reasons. Therefore I do not recommend this company as a means of income, maybe a very part-time something until you find something better
Great Experience
I have had a great experience with Dals, all thanks to my recruiter Emma P, who was really available throughout the onboarding process and guided me through the complicated procedure.
It was a smooth application process.
My experience applying to Dals
I recently got approved to work as an English–Arabic interpreter with the Dals Link app, and my experience so far has been great. The onboarding process was smooth and easy to follow. A special thank you to Alexandra, the recruiter, for her support and for walking me through every step of the application process. She was very helpful, patient, and made the whole experience feel welcoming. I’m excited to get started!
Highly Professional and Supportive Recruitment
I’ve recently joined DA Languages as an interpreter, and I couldn't be happier with the recruitment process. A huge thank you to Dreamie, who guided me throughout the entire journey. She was incredibly supportive, professional, and went above and beyond to answer all my questions promptly. Her dedication made the onboarding experience smooth and stress-free. I’m so excited to start my journey here! Highly recommended.

I would like to share how positive my recruitment was
I would like to share how positive my experience has been with my recruiter-I wa recruited by Raluca Ioana Artene. She was extremely polite, patient, and understanding throughout the entire process. From the very beginning, she explained everything clearly and made sure I fully understood all the rules and procedures.
What I appreciated most was that she never made me feel uncomfortable or embarrassed about asking questions. Instead, she reassured me, answered thoroughly, and encouraged open communication. That level of professionalism and kindness makes a huge difference, especially when starting something new.
She was also very responsive, supportive, and genuinely helpful, which made the onboarding process smooth and stress-free. It’s clear that she truly cares about the people she works with.
I’m very grateful for her guidance and support

DALS- perfect job to balance life and career
I am working for Dals for more than 3 years on a part -time basis ,it’s a great addition to my income ,it offers flexibility and reliability, always solving any issues on time and I really enjoy it ,because every day is different!

Mostly they provide good interpreter…
Mostly they provide good interpreter service in general. But just want to leave a specific feedback for Alan (slovak interpreter) with ID # 81468 because during the session he interpreter very shortly and not exactly the same of what I'm saying. I was able to knew it because the patient's daughter was also with me, and she give me hints that he is interpreting differently which is not good for the patient and for me. We want to provide good service for our patients and we ask DALs help to do that, but if the service operator is doing things like this it can open risks and unsafe for the patient who will be having an invasive procedure.
I'm hoping we could help each other to improve our services. Thank you.
I have been working with DALS
I have been working with DALS , former DA Languages for about 9 years. I have always provided an excellent service and I have never caused them any trouble. I has been a year maybe since they decided that I should do only medical jobs and far from where I live without discussing it with me. Everytime I ask for a clarification they blame the AI automated system and this makes me laugh. They think their interpreters are idiots, I feel like the booking coordinator at DALS hate the interpreters because of the way they treat and speak to us.
Recently I have politely requested a rate increase which I have received and I was very grateful. But guess what, no more jobs at all. I used to get up to 10 job offers every day, for different dates of course, but they were many and imediatelly after my new fare was activiated, the job offers stopped coming. I only got two last minute jobs very far from me in a week, like they had no choice and they had to give it to someone. Why they did not tell me that if I get a higher pay, I will not get jobs anymore? I have been working with many other agencies and I have never seen such a lack of respect and fairness. We should be a team, but it feels like we are enemies. I was receiving a good volume of jobs, but no communication or support of any kind from the staff. Someone decided for no reason that I should not receive jobs anymore. Maybe this should be reported. They have been taken to court before and they lost but they have not learnt anything it seems. Shame on you, DALS!
RECRUITMENT PROCESS REVIEW
I've just finished the rectruitment process at Dals with Alexandra Catalina Ladaru. She is very professional and was always available during the process. I felt supported and assisted at all stages and overall the procedure was easy and smooth. Looking forward to start my collaboration with Dals. Thank you Alexandra for you kindness and attention.
Satisfied with the company experience
Overall, I am satisfied with this company. The people I interact with are, in general, polite, attentive, and willing to help. For instance, there was an occasion when I had some technical issues, and the team scheduled a video conference with me to work through the problems. This made me feel truly supported, heard, and valued. In my role, I believe I play a very important part, and experiences like this reinforce my motivation and confidence in my abilities, particularly my skills in foreign languages, which I use to build bridges of dialogue and understanding.
I'm currently working here
I'm currently working here, and it's a stable job, and they have paid me more than in any other recent job that I've had.
I have hadProfessional, reliable, and supportive language service providera very positive experience…
I have had a very positive experience working with DALS. They are professional, well-organised, and respectful towards interpreters. Communication is always clear, bookings are managed efficiently, and payments are made on time. The team is supportive and responsive, and they genuinely value quality interpreting in community and public sector settings. I highly recommend DALS to anyone looking for a reliable and ethical language service provider.
I have just started with DALS and so…
I have just started with DALS and so far it has been a great experience. Raluca Artene was the one that helped me with the on-board process and she was absolutely amazing. She answered all my questions (and I had a loot:))) and she was very friendly and professional. Happy to have had her.
Joining Dals
I have just finished the recruiting process with Dals. The entire journey was incredibly easy and smooth, largely thanks to my recruiter, Raluca, who supported me from start to finish.
