Recently, I had an extremely positive experience with Dals and its recruitment team. From the very first contact, I was greeted with great courtesy and professionalism. The team made themselves available to answer all my questions, clearly explained each stage of the selection process, and provided timely feedback at every phase.

What impressed me most was the combination of speed and attention to detail: I received interview invitations on short notice, yet always with precise guidance on the role’s profile, the company culture, and the skills they valued. Good Opportunity

My experience with DALS has been positive overall, and I’m happy to share my thoughts in the hopes of helping the company grow even further.

I started working as an Arabic interpreter with DALS and was fortunate to have Anastasia as my recruiter. She was extremely professional, responsive, and supportive throughout the onboarding process. Her guidance made the initial transition smooth and stress-free, which I truly appreciated.

In terms of the actual interpreting work, I’ve found it rewarding and well-organized. The platform provides flexibility and meaningful interactions, which is something I value as a language professional.

That said, there are some areas where I believe improvement is needed—particularly in communication and follow-up from the administrative side. I’ve encountered instances where calls I completed were not properly recorded by the system. As a result, I was not compensated for those sessions. Despite reaching out and raising the issue, I did not receive any resolution, and the case was closed without any clear explanation or feedback. That was disappointing, as interpreters rely on clear communication and support when issues arise, especially those that directly affect our compensation.
With better communication systems and more proactive support for interpreters, I believe the experience could be even more seamless and fulfilling.

I just joined the company

I just joined the company, no call yet, so all I can say so far is that Lewis Hoyle, the linguist recruiter, was nice and helpful, thank you for that. I see a large diversity of opinions, based on each person's experience, so I don't know what to expect, but at least I try. It will not be the main job, just an extra for start, at least I might get some experience in this field.

Cool Company

I like working for Dals. I joined last year. My recruiter was Mr. Emanuel Hura. I appreciate his help with the initial administrative tasks. I also appreciate the help of Diana Ene who recently uploaded my Hungarian language qualifications. And also lots of thanks to the booking coordinators, Jose Balde, and many others, who send the bookings.
