Totally fraudulent company. Do not order from them. Website 'Our Promise' is one big lie. They are a scam....

Dalander's service is very poor, product quality is not at all as expected.

This is a Chinese company and the shoes are made and shipped from the USA

Emailed to cancel two orders the same day they were ordered. Almost 48 hours to reply. Support said the would cancel the orders then 24 hours later. The said sorry they were not able to cancel them. Replied back. The reply made no sense. So it comes down to no customer support. They do not read the whole email.

I ordered a pair of motorbike boots and was sent some disgusting italian copy dress shoes instead. Dallader refused to acknowledge their mistake, or make good. Instead offered me $3 to keep them!

Shoes look cheaply made. Makes you walk like a duck. Made in China. Ads lie.

Placed an order, money taken, no email or confirmation of order, it's not difficult to just acknowledge things and left several messages but just ignored...customer service is not good

Purchased motorcycle boots which didn't fit nor meet my needs by not covering my ankles. I emailed my request to return within their 14 day requirement. This led to a series of emails including an exchange (which would not meet my requirements base on what was delivered) followed by a response I must then pay a $20 fee to return them to China followed by multiple emails offering me to keep the unusable shoes and they'd send me $3.00, then $5.00, then $8.00. Unfortunately they are not listed with the Better Business Bureau. My best recommendation - STAY CLEAR>

How can I send something back when the email is not valid so please how can I get help

Wrong size boots sent! Their customer service site is not real. I did eventually get ahold of an email address and they said they have no record of my order, event though I sent copy of receipt with order number.

This is misleading crap. What was supposed to be a heavy duty leather coat with a plush wool looking liner is infact a very thin cheap fabric imitation. Not worth ten dollars. I can't believe I fell for this scam.

I regret that I ordered a pair of boots from this FAKE company. It took several weeks to get them, because of course I saw they are shipped from China. The entire website is fake. I paid $64 for them. Finally got them after weeks of waiting. They were shipped in a plastic bag. They were a totally different brand than I ordered. No size in or on them anywhere, just a cheap looking American flag and the number 44 inside the tongue. The very first time I tried to tie the laces, one of the eye's that hold the string came off, looks like it was barely glued on. Emailed the company. Their first response was just as these other reviews said, they offered me $3. I said no. The next day they offered $5. I refused. Now I got their 3rd offer for a ridiculous offer of $8. They said if I want a full refund I had to return them to China. I have kept all emails from them and I am reporting them to the BBB in hopes of at least banning them from selling in the United States. I have pictures of this. Do not waste your money on this fake website.... They don't even have a way to call them but they say they do but offer no contact information! I would love to rate them lower than one star but it won't let me!

On 15/12/24 I ordered a pair of black motorcycle boots and selected a UK Size 10 costing £41.00 with P&P.
I have always been a size 10.
Dallanders adverts are false and extremely misleading and says: (1) Delivery within 48hrs. (2): 100% Customer Satisfaction. (3): Hassle Free Returns.
My boots arrived on 2nd January 2025.
They arrived in a single grey plastic transit bag with no box, no protection.
My daughter said they look a bit small.
The boots had no inner soles and were portly made.
I tried them on and could not get my feet in them they were too small.
I measured them against my own UK Size 10 boots and their boots were 3cms too short.
I emailed customer service at Dallader.Com and their customer service is useless and they just refuse to resolve the matter.
They tell you to have the boots stretched which is impossible to make a boot 3cms longer. They refuse to exchange them despite the boots being the wrong size and not finished properly and are unfit for purpose.
They then try to fob you off with a $3 dollar refund or advise you have to pay the $20 dollars to return them back to China.
There website does not identify that they are from China.
They don’t show any address details or a head office.
I have sent numerous emails to Dallander with photographs to evidence the faulty goods and incorrect sizing issues and despite this they just repeat the same unhelpful rubbish saying they will give you 10% off if you reorder the same item. WHY WOULD YOU ?
I have complained to PAYPAL and awaiting to hear their decision.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY BUYING FROM DALLANDER.COM.
The goods are cheap, inferior and of poor quality and if you have an issue they just refuse to help to resolve it even when it is their mistake.

They sent me the wrong size boots. They offered a $3.00 ( yes three dollar) refund and suggested I give them to someone else.

I got my boots a week ago I put them on and they are the most comfortable boot I ever had it’s even more it’s even more comfortable than my sketchers sneakers it doesn’t take long for the boots to get to your house the only thing I would do is put shorter boot laces on them the laces and way to long so I got shorter laces this is the best shoe boot and sneaker I ever had its well worth the money

Bought two pair of their boots which is turning out to be a complete mistake. Ordered 12 Wide, these are very narrow.
Additionally, the advertisements all state "Made In USA" yet they shipped from China, and someone along the way took a magic marker pen to cover over the "Made In China" label on the tongue of the shoe.
Furthermore-these shoes have a bright red "KKK" on the front of the tongue, and another "KKK" embossed on the sides.
Certainly will not be wearing anything with that on them.
Fraud company.

My mistake for ordering from this company. Should have known better, and looked at the reviews first. Their last offer was $8 and keep the boots. The boots received were not the ones I ordered and they didn't fit. E-mailed several times about their no hassle return/refund policy, to no avail. What a rip off.
