Cease communication to avoid a refund

I received an incorrect item, I contacted them and after an initial answer they have decided to ignore the problem and all my communication for more than 2 weeks (even though I have contacted them on several occasions). No update, I think they don't want to give me a refund. I can not recommend them and will not order on their site anymore.

Jellycat heaven!

Have purchased Jellycats online many times and the shipping is always fast and items are beautifully wrapped. The customer service has been really helpful and fast. Would definitely recommend if you are after some Jellycats, beautiful children’s gifts or clothes.

Horrific experience with this company!

Horrific experience with this company!!
Placed an order and paid for priority fulfillment and shipping, only to receive an email days later advising that the order won't be dispatched until August.
Customer service have not replied to any emails, regarding the fulfillment and delivery despite multiple attempts.
Finally received a response through the facebook page that was cold, condescending and unhelpful. They threw T&C's back at me and denied to have the order collected from a store or warehouse. They advised that once the order is ready for shipment it will be shipped out with express shipping, and they will not allow the cancelation or refund.
However.... " They hope I still love the goodies and thanks for shopping with them"
Poor customer service, woeful customer experience and multiple reviews to indicate this is a regular occurance with them. Do not shop!!

Amazing

Amazing, caring staff who help out with picking the most perfect gifts. Going into Daisy and Hen doesn’t feel like a ‘shop’ it feels like a place of comfort and absolute happiness! Amazing service and products.

Unreliable and Unresponsive — Disappointed First-Time Customer

I am extremely disappointed with the poor customer service and order handling I experienced with this business. From start to finish, the process was inefficient, communication was lacking, and the service was unacceptable.

Before placing my order, I reached out early in the morning to confirm if same-day shipping was possible, as I needed the item urgently. I received a prompt response assuring me that if I placed the order immediately, it would be shipped out that same day. Trusting their word, I made the purchase right away and sent follow-up messages and an email to confirm. Unfortunately, after I paid, my messages were completely ignored for the rest of the day.

The next day, I received a call apologising and asking whether I’d still like to proceed with the order or receive a store credit/refund. At that point, it wasn’t even about the shipping time anymore — it was about the lack of accountability. If you make a promise to your customers, you need to keep it. The assurance I was given was meaningless, and the silence after I paid was incredibly frustrating.

This was my first purchase from this store, and sadly, it will also be my last. Very disappointing.
