I ordered my merchandise on Jan 22, 2025 I can't track it. There's no delivery date according to the tracker and I got a email from the company saying it was delivered to my city post office days ago. They are scammers. Beware!!

Absolutely wonderful service, great customer service, I had made to measure dresses and they helped to ensure I got the measurements correct. The dresses arrived for my daughters and they are beautiful, they will out shine me on my wedding day. Highly recommend.

I cannot recommend Dainty Dizzy more!! Wow - what amazing customer service from the very first email I sent with my enquiry to the end result. Two dresses were tailor made in a fairly short period of time for my 2 daughters to wear at my wedding in Mexico. Justine was just superb throughout the whole time - very quick to respond to emails, very helpful in terms of advice as I wasn't really sure what I was looking for initially and always kept me informed with the production progress.
The end result was breath taking - 2 very beautiful and unique dresses made with great care and quality. I cannot thank you enough, Justine and your team, for making my girls look and like princesses on my very special day. x

A member of staff emailed me to say they had received my order and when it would be sent and expected to arrive.
Arrived on the exact day they promised.
Came in a beautiful gift box, wrapped so prettily.
My daughter is over the moon with her dress, it's totally different from what you would find in the shops.
Would be nice however to see the dress in some other colours apart from Black or Pink, i.e. purple or blue.

Dresses are beautiful! Response quick and friendly, package delivered as requested.

Excellent! Excellent! Excellent customer service ! could not have asked for anything more. Needing two not one dress tailor made in less than 24 hours ( 12 hrs to be precise) and shipped to Malta within the next 48 appeared to be definately impossible to me however the dresses arrived on time ready to be worn! i was mistified by their beauty the girls looked like whimsical fairies ,the look on their faces said it all. Who could have asked for more? Not to mention the phonecalls and messages Justine made to ensure everything is perfect and according to what i required apart from gathering quotes and shipment lead time from more than one shipper.They were hand made according to what the girls had asked for colours, length..and received in a beautiful delicate sheer bag.Justine was at the end of the line listening to my would be 8 yr old wishes! You wouldnt find anyone doing that in these days! . The party wouldnt have been the same had they worn anything else. Everyone fell in love with them and Cant wait to receive the professional pics of Eva and Nina's special day. They know the true meaning of achieving customer excellence with their service. I searched the Internet in the hope that I would find what I was looking for. I had a very specific idea in mind for my bridesmaid at our recent wedding.
I didn't have to look any further when I found Dainty Dizzy! Their white calf length tutu was just what I wanted for my 10 year old bridesmaid. To achieve the western style look we wanted. Teamed with a denim gilet, pretty white top and cowboy boots, it looked fantastic and my bridesmaid felt a million dollars.
The tutus are so versatile and can be worn anyway with any style.
The quality of the garment is excellent and the service and updates I received from Justine and the team made the whole experience easy and enjoyable.

Justine at Dainty Dizzy, has made the most beautiful communion dress for our daughter, it arrived yesterday day and I am absolutely thrilled with it, as is our little girl! From my first email to my last the service I got was amazing, Justine made me feel like I was her only client. I had 2 beautiful custom made white communion dresses with fabulous veils to match for my twins and just so my eldest daughter would not feel out, the same dress in pink with matching rose clip for her hair. They all look amazing, one of my daughters actually cried she was so delighted with her dress. All together it actually worked out cheaper getting the dresses made then what I would have spent buying a dress from a shop. But for me the icing on the cake was definitely justine as she got just as excited as us for the finished result and that passion really shines through in her delicious dresses!

I have been ordering from Dainty Dizzy for 3 years now, their products and customer service have been absolutely flawless with great attention to detail.
Their t-shirts are beautiful and their skirts and dresses are magical ❤
They have been life savers at helping me with my sometimes last minute orders and Justine is always truly a pleasure to work with.

I emailed over a picture of a dress my sister was looking for as a flower girl dress for her daughter, Dainty dizzy were quick with replying and made us feel confident with the dress being made to match the exact picture. Dainty dizzy communicated very well with us with updates and how we'd like the dress. My sister received the dress and absolutely loves it, the dress is beautiful and so well made, it also matches the picture emailed over. Would highly recommend Dainty dizzy could not praise them enough. I cannot wait to see my niece in her beautiful dress.
