Can't cast, download app on smart TV, etc.

Can't download app on Samsung smart TV (only app I've EVER had a problem downloading), won't cast from phone, HORRIBLE UX (user experience); a Jr. High School kid could design a better, user-friendly, usable app. I am severely disappointed.

I purchased a Daily Wire+ subscription…

I purchased a Daily Wire+ subscription specifically to watch Candace Owens, but I was disappointed to learn she was no longer going to be on the platform. When I reached out for a refund, I was told no, which left me frustrated. Poor customer service and misleading information. I won’t be subscribing again.

The service doesn't work

The service doesn't work, ans when I cancelled my subscription, all they did was cite that I canceled my subscription, ur never address the reason why, like not being able to use the service!

Got charged $460, just to watch a movie I seen advertised.

Seen a movie advertised that I wanted to watch. AFTER I paid the $15 for the monthly subscription, I was told I can not watch it because it's not included (just about nothing is included in the base price plan) and would have to sign up for a different plan so I agreed and switched plans. Fast forward 30 or so days I get my account statement and was charged $280 for one plan and another $180 for another plan for a total of $460. I contacted customer service (they only have email customer service, no humans) and was told the first one was not canceled like it was supposed to be when I switched plans so I was charged for both, they admitted it was an error on their part but said their policy is strictly NO REFUNDS NO MATTER WHAT!! it also does not tell you about the added fees and taxes included in the final price till they take it out your account.

So basically I paid $460 for 2 movies. Nothing else was worth watching. Such a rip off. And horrible experience. I have changed my account numbers to make sure they won't chbo that as well even if you cancel the subscription and remember NO REFUNDS NO MATTER WHAT so your out of luck.

Honestly for what you pay, it's definitely not worth it. $280? That's just absurd when most of what they have is talk shows and news.

I purchased my membership last year…

I purchased my membership last year during Black Friday sale, they recommended that I auto renew so I get the same discount next year, turns out, they charged me full price and won't honor what so obviously is the solution. I've been supporting DW for 3 years, not getting any more of my money since they've gotten too big to take care of their paying customers. There's no one to even talk to on the phone simply directed to AI chat bots which are useless. I thought I'd be able to call in and figure this out, but they've made it impossible to reach anyone, they've already taken $75 I don't have during Christmas time. Consumer beware: DW steals from their supporters with no willingness to help them. I'm glad all the commentators are having so much success off of the backs of hard working conservative Americans giving what little money they have that hasn't already been eroded away by inflation.

Scum and Criminals. Blatant Fraud

Scum and criminals. Utter fraud. This is disgusting behavior to the point it makes me question not just you guys but the basis of your core values.

Like so many others I subscribed to the Daily Wire to watch "What is a Woman?". Unfortunately the subscription was as far I got, because after paying the $8 for the monthly insider which promised access to all videos, which I presumed included "What is a Woman?". It did not. I then upgraded to what is advertised as a $14 monthly subscription. Instead it charged me hundreds of dollars that I didn't have to spare. I was so pissed that I didn't even end up watching the documentary, cancelled it immediately (which is no easy feat, might I add, considering I had to dispute the charges with my bank to resolve the issue.

This is so broken and has been for so long, I can only conclude this practice is intentional, seeing it has not been remedied after several years now and people are still complaining of this blatant fraud. Hopefully a class action is brought against you criminals. Hope you're disgusted and ashamed with yourselves, but you're probably just celebrating how many "idiots" you scammed with your dishonest business practices. Utterly disgusting behavior, that if your beliefs are correct, you will have to account for in the end. Consider that, you deplorable, dishonest, fraudsters.

This should be zero stars, this company should be boycotted, and their viewpoints (at least their personal authenticity) highly scrutinized given the nature of their business practices. This is beyond shameful, it's disgusting, degenerate behavior reserved for those who would exploit the same working class they claim to empower. That's all. You and everyone at your company that, by proxy, supports this behavior makes me sick. Disgusting and unacceptable

Charged $400 dollars for an auto renewal of membership I didn't' know what due no notice

I signed up for a year .. never really used it past 2023 watching lady ballers and to get the walrus for my grandaughter.. I log in as I see an ad to sign up for $7 a month .. and think.. oh good deal ...and get asked to update my card.. which I kindly do and next thing I know I am charged 400.00 canadian dollars.. all I wanted to do was cancel my subscription and was enticed by the 7.00 a month charge.. and BOOM before I have a chance to breathe I am out 400 dollars...and when I went to talk to customer service as soon as I tell the bot its about a subscription .... I get automatically NO REFUNDS' .... I mean it was due october 18th this is November 2nd and at least I want to downgrade .. and so I try to talk to a human being .. he tells me to refer to the refund policy ... and then basically tells me I am out of luck and buh bye .. I am closing the chat .... Absolutely disgusting customer service I mean considering it was only 2 weeks and I have never logged in .. I checked my email as well and NO NOTICE that my membership was due or my credit card was out of date or that it was auto renewal ... I would have at least appreciated an offer to downgrade but once they get your money .. they don't care ... really disappointed.. I thought DW was a place of integrity .... boy was I wrong .. everyone can make a mistake and this one cost me $400 dollars?????? I am canadian so its waaay more than they advertise.. Never realized they profit off of people's nativity ... So word to the wise .. don't use this service... it will cost you dearly and NOTHING is worth 400 dollars a year for ANY channel ... .especially not this one .. I was just getting all I needed off of youtube .. absolutely disgusting

Less than one star they are charging me…

Less than one star they are charging me monthly and say they have no record of me. I had to blow up their email over the weekend to finally get a response. How can you be charging me and not know it???
I know you are charging me $14.99/ month your name is right there on my statement since March 2024.
Fraudulent company I'm thinking. Sketchy company at best. I want my $104.93 you stole out of my bank account refunded. I want this company investigated for it's shady business practices. I think Daily Wire might have some customer service cases already in court. Do I smell a class action?

for the cost it isn't worth it

for the cost it isn't worth it. I can see now why they don't do a free trial, you caould watch everything in 7 days. Movie selection is almost non existant. I watched all the available streaming movies in 1 day! I hope The Pendragon Cycle comes out before my subscritpion ends. There isn't anything on the platform that I would watch more than once and since I watched pretty much everything, it will just sit there unused, but hey, they got thier money. Foold me, just glad I got it when it was 70% off.

If you’re a devout leftist who loves…

If you’re a devout leftist who loves the mainstream media, it’s probably not for you! If you’re looking for some more conservative viewpoints, it’s amazing and informative. I left the left, and have been doing my own research on stories to see how they’re covered by media all around. Have caught left-wing media in many outright lies and none yet from DW. Although their opinions are conservative, I certainly haven’t seen them skewing things just for the sake of a story. They are still growing, but there’s plenty of content and more shows in the making. Lots of Prager, Jordan Peterson, documentaries, comedies, and more! It’s true that a few of the most popular shows are also available via YouTube. Have really enjoyed everything I’ve explored though. No streaming problems, maybe they fixed whatever people were complaining about in other reviews. Read what the deal was before signing up and no problems there either. They are making some great content that is sorely needed in these current times. I highly recommend a membership to anyone and can’t wait to see how the company grows!!

Fantastic Content but Strict No Refund Policy

Fantastic content from Jordan Peterson so far.

Unfortunately the company has a very strict no refund policy. I mistakenly purchased a monthly membership and realized that the content I wanted to watch had not been fully released yet (only 1 episode out of 5 had been released when I went to go watch). I could have been careful prior to purchasing and read through the terms & conditions, but I'm used to more lenient refund policies.

Prior to watching any content and immediately after paying for my subscription, I contacted customer support to get a refund. The customer service rep was very polite and told me my feedback would be passed on, but that I would be unable to get a refund.

Was the partial content worth the money? 100%! I just think it would be better if the company had some sort of refund policy, perhaps restricted to the easiest and clearest of cases.
