Dont trust DailyJocks

Order did not move despite a tracking number. They blamed DHL for the delay!!!!!

I was told this:
"This order left our warehouse on the 2nd of December. I am unsure why DHL have cause a delay here, potentially due to large volumes from the Black Friday period."

then a week later I received this:

"As this order has had no movement over the weekend, I have arranged for this order to be reshipped to you.
Sorry for the delay"

Why do they reship if it is with DHL???

UPDATE- DHL has categorically stated that the parcel was never sent by DailyJocks

** This is not a DHL problem. DailyJocks did not send out the order. The label was created but the order was never sent out. Delay and deflect

As previously confirmed, your order was sent out from our warehouse on the 2nd of December. The last tracking update is 'En route to DHL eCommerce or awaiting processing', meaning DHL received the order from our warehouse. However as the tracking has not updated since it was collected, it appears that it has been lost in transit. This is unfortunate and rare, however it does happen occasionally as DHL processes thousands of orders every hour across Australia.

We have sent out a replacement order to ensure you get your items as soon as possible. We hope this clears up any confusion and we apologise for the inconvenience.

Inferior sized product and you tell us: "You're stuck with it, but we'll keep your money!"

Hi Sarah,
We bought four pairs of briefs thinking the sizing would be average and suitable. Disappointingly, it’s not. Disgracefully, you refuse to accept the two unworn pairs for more suitable sizes!!
For goodness sake, if we'd known that, we'd never have ordered in the first place. Get with the times! Your policy is so outdated, it’s laughable. Ever heard of Amazon?
Your policy is immoral and should be illegal.
You should be putting customer service at the top of your list — not dismissing it completely. Clearly, you're only interested in gouging every cent you can from customers — at the expense of growing your business, building customer relations, and public good will. You've just destroyed any good will you had with us. We’ll post this to TrustPilot reviews so others can be better informed than we were when we assumed you'd offer the most basic of sales options — returning unworn items because your sizing is unsuitable!!
We’ll be sticking to Amazon in future!

We provide a size chart for all items that is displayed on the product page to assist with choosing the right size.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on underwear for hygiene reasons. Our Return Policy is in line with Australian Consumer Law and is available to view on our website at https://dailyjocks-help-center.gorgias.help/en-US/returns-&-exchanges-214397 and also at the checkout page before an order is placed.

Being that we are a small Australian business and not the second largest retailer in the world, our return policies may differ from stores such as Amazon. It is recommended to check the store policy before completing your purchase.

In this instance you were offered a 30% off discount to repurchase the correct size.

The salesperson was incredibly helpful when I went in to collect my purchase and I had since questions about other products. I'll be going back again. I wish it was an open store but that's the only thing I would like to see change

Random = pretty much a scam

I had no problem with my orders a few years ago, but the last 2 times were awful.

1) I made one order from the « underwear club » and afterwards checked carefully if this wasn’t automatically renewed. My account said something like « no subscriptions ».
A few weeks later I receive an email « order confirmed ». I asked the customer service to cancel it + my subscription (even though it didn’t exist in my customer account !!) and they only canceled the subscription, not the order that was made.

2) After receiving my products, I checked online on THEIR website, and I was surprised to see that they were CHEAPER (19€) that what I paid as a random product (22€ + tax).
So basically I paid MORE for a random article that’s CHEAPER when you actually choose it, which makes ZERO sense. The point of random articles is to pay less since you can’t choose.

This is just plain dishonest, they use this « mystery club » to get rid of all their old stock and make you pay extra for this. + no refund so you’re f**** :)

Done with this company.

ughh

Firstly, the website URL suggests a UK presence ("uk.dailyjocks.com"), I was charged in British pounds and later discovered that my items were to be shipped from Australia... This was not clearly communicated during the checkout process, leading me to believe the stock was local.

Secondly, despite placing my order well in advance for Valentine's Day, the items did not arrive as expected. Checking the DHL tracking on February 14th revealed that the parcels were still in Australia, almost two weeks after my purchase. This delay was particularly frustrating as I had hoped to surprise my husband for valentines day.

Contacted customer service, and their rep just copy and paste articles from their fine print that is well hidden and nobody finds online.. Still waiting for my order. Won't bother again!

Daily Jocks please choose your delivery carrier wisely

I have bought a lot from Daily Jocks over the years, both in store and online, and always found the items to be good quality and delivery to the UK was quick. However, this year the UK carrier is now Evri and it has gone downhill. I regularly have shipments waiting several days for Evri to collect them after clearing customs. When it was Royal Mail they collected it the same day and it was delivered to me the following morning. Please choose your carriers wisely as I doubt I’ll order from you again just for this reason.

I had a very bad customer experience…

I had a very bad customer experience with Daily Jocks. They do not have stores everywhere and their size guide is very misleading so you have to return a product and there is NO REFUND. This is misleading as they don't really specify at checkout, it is merely a fine print link way at the bottom, labelled as 'Refund Policy', which is quite ironic, because there is no refund. I went back and forth asking kindly for a refund and they were very rude and patronising via email stating things like, I suggest you read the fine print next time you make an order. Horrible people.

Terrible returns policy and customer service

I had a pretty frustrating experience with Dailyjocks online. I recently purchased some shorts from them and when I received them they unfortunately didn’t fit and the fabric was very different to how they were described online. I contacted their online help and asked to return the shorts for a refund. However I was told that the only option was for me to receive a store credit. This was not what I wanted as the items were different to how they were described online and I had no intention of buying a bigger size or anything else from their store. After some back and forth emails their rude customer service agent still refused to provide me with a refund even when I paid to return the items with all the tags intact and still in original packaging. Thankfully my credit card bank agreed with me and I was able to force a charge back so I got my money back, but Dailyjocks has lost a customer. This is a good reminder to anyone having issues returning items that don’t match expectations, you can request a charge back from your bank if the seller is being unreasonable just as Dailyjocks are with their returns policy. In short, don’t buy here until they make meaningful changes to their policies.

Wonderful all-around!

This store is the best undergear store that I have ordered online. They have a wonderful selection of underwear, jock straps, and fetish wear, as well as swimwear and work-out clothes. They offer free shipping for orders over a set amount. Though the free shipping may take a while, that’s to be expected as the products are coming from Australia. I haven’t found many of their products elsewhere, so I only order my underwear from Daily Jocks. Great job with marketing, customer service, and product selection.

Deceptive Business Practices

The checkout process showed “ Expedited Shipping - Includes Tracking (4-8 Business Days)” which I paid $7 for. We are currently on 15 business days and I don’t yet have my package. I get that this is the holidays but to be a week over the estimate and still not have the package is frustrating. This was my first experience with the site and I would not buy from them again.

I never received the refund

I never received the refund. I placed an order on the website on 04/21/2023, I could not receive the order as I was travelling. The order returned to Australia and was returned to the company on 06/15/2023. I sent repeated emails to support and the automatic response is always the same, that the company never received the shipment back. Do not buy on this site because they are a scam. I lost 180 euros on this purchase.

As we explained via email, your order was marked as Return to Sender on the 15th of July by your local postal service. It can take up to 90 days for an order to be returned back to our warehouse in Australia.

Your order was received back to us last night and your refund has just been issued as promised.

Ordered a few different pairs in their may sale, there was a small delay getting the order fulfilled but I was reassured by a lovely customer service rep from DailyJocks that they would be on their way, they arrived and they are a great fit and comfortable.

Money spent but never received goods or refund

I never received my order. After contacting customer service a couple of times (in February til May 2023) I never got a response. The money was taken out of my account and I never got a refund. So I just spent money for something I never got. Very disappointing. Won’t ever order here again if the customer service is this bad.

Customer support not very good, editing orders before shipping seems impossible.

Not very thrilled with the service. Bought some stuff during their warehouse sale, and their website is not very intuitive. On the sale page the quick view shows the sale price as well as let's you select different colors and still showed the same price on the different colors. At checkout noticed some things were not the sale price but figured that it was probably just an error, and continued thinking I could just change it after. Immediately after I emailed customer support and asked about it, as well as removing that item from my order if it truly was that price. I did get a response saying that only the one color was on sale and not the other. Many days after receiving that message my order still was not fulfilled, and thought maybe since it since I asked them to remove that one item they had had to redo it making it take longer, so again I sent out a message asking about the delay since it had been a week (and most places I order online from typically take a day before notifying my order has shipped). This time I was told that it was due to the large volume of orders from the sale, and that mine will be fulfilled withing the next 12hrs. Well that part indeed turned out to be true, and a few hours later received and email saying my order is on the way. Then I check and see that it still shows the 1 item on there, and checking my statement doesn't show a reimbursement of that item so guessing they never actually removed it from my order. I'll just have to wait for it to arrive which will be a while since there is no selection for shippers for international, and DHL seems notoriously slow in the U.S. from my experience. Frankly after this I don't see myself as returning customer.

Extra taxes and fees in Europe.

Due to the new european law of VAT , I can not recommend buy in this website from europe. It's not /incorporated to the IOSS system, so the VAT and the fees and taxes associated will increase any discount you could find.

I will not be ordering from these…

I will not be ordering from these shisters again. Only sent half the order and try as I might could not get the remaining half of the order sent. The bloody minded guy answering the email was clearly well trained in avoiding any responsibility to customers. Expensive overpriced underwear is a bit of a treat but it’s too much when they shaft you as well.

Their subscription service needs a little improvement, but its a nice idea

Specifically in reference to their subscription service, it was ok. I just wish I had a little bit more control over the underwear being sent to me. I like the idea of being suprised with a new pair every month. Except one month I received a pair that literally looked like a pair of granny panties. That was when I cancelled. I was going through my underwear today thinking about possibly signing up but then I was looking at the materials in some of the underwear which I was being sent. I never thought to read the labels on them, because I guess i *subconsciously* only go for 100% cotton. It isn't as high maintenance. But a lot of the underwear they send out can quickly and easily be ruined for good if you aren't careful, because it cannot go in the wash at all. If they had more ways to customize the underwear they send out, I might sign back up.
