I bought the long sleeves top and pants cuff both in midnight blue and they were the best sleep/loungewear I have ever had so far!! It is very soft and comfortable, I could wear it all day long! Another thing I have noticed is that every time I use it as a sleepwear, I get a good night sleep. It’s so soft and comfy on the skin and helped regulate my body temperature all through the night. Their customer service was exceptional too! They were friendly and responded to my email promptly. They were very helpful, It made the whole shopping experience worthwhile! Highly recommended and would definitely buy from them again!

I purchased some Nattcool items from Dagsmejan and they are really very comfortable! I've been having a hard time sleeping because of the summer heat and I swear this sleepwear has indeed a cooling effect.

It's very light plus I love the new colours!

Their customer service was also very helpful when I inquired about my recent order. Unfortunately I didn't receive the tracking details and the email landed on my spam folder. They were very quick and helpful!

I had an order pushed through on Dagsmejan’s website without any confirmation screen or final review — a clear glitch. I reached out immediately after the charge appeared, explaining that I hadn’t knowingly completed the order, it was going to an outdated address, and that the charge had caused a financial issue.

Rather than acknowledging the situation or making any effort to resolve it fairly, the company repeatedly cited internal policies while not addressing the specific facts I raised. They didn’t engage with the issue of consent, and made no effort to consider the consumer protections that apply in such situations — including the right to dispute an unintentional or unauthorized online transaction.

As a U.S. consumer, I’m protected under the Fair Credit Billing Act, which gives me the right to dispute charges that were unauthorized, improperly processed, or lacked informed consent. This charge was submitted through a website malfunction — without any confirmation screen or intentional approval. Dagsmejan, based in Switzerland and shipping from Germany, also operates under jurisdictions that require affirmative consent before charging a customer. But rather than address these protections, the company simply reiterated policy language and suggested I return the product — even though I stated repeatedly that I no longer had access to the address it was shipped to.

Throughout the exchange, the tone remained rigid and dismissive — focused more on form responses than addressing the actual problem. I explained the issue eight separate times; I received nearly identical replies that never addressed the glitch, the inability to receive the package, or the applicable laws I referenced. I’ve now formally disputed the charge through my card provider and submitted full documentation of this communication.

Follow-up to the company’s public response:

To clarify, I have now explained eight separate times — across email and here — that:

- The order was submitted without a confirmation screen due to a website glitch
- The charge was not knowingly authorized
- The item was shipped to an outdated address I no longer have access to
- I attempted to cancel the transaction within minutes of it occurring

In every response, the company has repeated the same template language: pointing to FAQs, citing payment processor approvals, and avoiding the central issue. At no point has anyone acknowledged the checkout failure or my right to dispute a charge made without informed consent. I’ve now escalated the issue to my card provider and, if necessary, will file with the appropriate consumer protection agencies.

I ordered two pair of the women's pj's, loved them so soft this was March 2025. In May 2025 one pair got a hole. Now I have completely followed all laundry directions.
I sent them a email in May 2025 asking if they would be willing to replace just the one pair of bottoms since they were not even two m I s. Old.
I still have not received any contact back from them. When you pay $200 for one set you should expect them to last longer. 6.9.25 trust pilot follow up. Dagsmejan states in their response that they contacted me back on May 19th. I have searched my entire email and I have nothing. The best response would be to simply send me a replacement pair of PJ bottoms.

I suffer from allergies CFS and Fibromyalgia. I have problems with almost all fabrics being scratchy, even ones that are supposed to be soft. The seams, labels etc. I’m constantly having to modify my clothes and I don’t have the energy to do it anymore. These clothes aren’t cheap, but you get what you pay for. The delivery takes a while, but its all worth it. Hands down the most comfortable clothes I’ve ever worn. So much so I wear them and nothing else (unless I’m going out). They are stylish too. I love them and will be a life long customer. I also appreciate the sustainability which is important to me. Please could you consider adding underwear and outerwear and then I could wear nothing else. Thanks for finally answering my needs Dagseman.

I love this sleepwear. Great fit, soft and unique feel. I have bought 4 sets it’s that good. Balance is great, warm is great for winter but not too hot.

It’s expensive but worth the money in my opinion. The customer service is also first class.

The product is outstanding. I'm not one to sleep in pajamas but I do in these. Even my husband likes them because of how they feel. We now have 5 pairs and will be buying more. I was in Churchill Manitoba in below zero temps and live in SC and wear them both places. They are pretty awesome!

I haven’t worn the sleep shirt yet, but unless it does something spectacular while I sleep, no way it’s worth $100. The box and packaging it came in was real high-end probably cost more than the shirt, but I didn’t buy a box. I wanted a shirt. While waiting for this magical shirt I purchased 3 sleep shirts on Amazon made of the same material for less than half the price of this one. So far they feel great. Not sure this product is worth the price.

Dagsmejan is without question the most comfortable sleepwear I have ever owned. It’s lightweight, breathable, and never smells. I’ve never experienced textile technology like this before. The customer service is excellent and whenever I have contacted them they have responded within 24 hours and are friendly and accommodating. I will be buying more clothing from them and couldn’t recommend them more highly

Dagsmejan has wonderful products and fabulous customer service. I had a defect in the pants I received and they immediately remedied the situation with a kind communication and dispatch of a new pair of pants. Great customer experience!

If you’re questioning whether to spend that much on pajamas, don’t. They are 100% worth every penny especially if you are experiencing hot flashes from perimenopause or menopause. I’m the former, and these are the first pajamas I don’t wake up drenched in sweat after a hot flash. I got the balance ribbed top and bottom, and they feel like a second skin when sleeping. As for the company, they stand by their product and customer satisfaction. I chose too large when I purchased, and the exchange process was easy, free and fast, even though they ship from Germany! I will be back for a summer set.

Great quality, responsive and helpful customer service. I can't believe how warm they keep me without me getting too hot. And the cool ones do the same but opposite. So glad to have found this product!

**reply to answer: please spare me theformalities, 14 days is not a realistic period and if a pj is fully packed and I want to exchange it it is also not possible. That is NO customer service PERIOD. I had really high hopes but feel that the great reviews of this brand are not real. First of all the whole promiss of warmth NOT true, the pj s are thin and the quality is not that great. They boast about a return service but it s a miserable 14 days, I still have a pair that is packed completely, never used, and I am not allowed to return it because the period has passed. Super dissappointed in this brand and WILL NEVER order again. Way to expensive for what you get.

My initial contact about a lost order was not great, but the follow-up was handled by Marnelli, who was fabulous. She was apologetic, fixed the problem, and made sure that I felt like I was important to Dagsmejan. Great job!

Great customer service. I had a pair of the Nattwarm, which are the most comfortable PJs, I own. I had an issue that they resolved it better than I could have hoped. Will definitely be a customer for life. Thank you!

comfortable must-haves in any wardrobe. I highly recommend these clothes and this company. Not only are their products awesome— but they have fabulous-top-notch customer service… which is not easy to find these days!

This company has always had a great product that lasts well. I have been a customer for a number of years and have night shirts cover warm and cold weather. They perform exactly the way they are described. The shirts are pricey, although you get a premium product that is comfortable and will last for years if you take care of it properly. I need not order any other night shirt. These are perfect!
