We broke down with a failed clutch while travelling in our VW campervan in Denmark, and were taken by pick-up to Dækgaragen at Rudkøbing.
Despite being busy with previously booked work, they provided a good and efficient service in sourcing all the replacement parts and completed the repairs in time for us to continue our journey. Not only did they do an efficient technical repair, but also showed us much understanding, sympathy and practical help in allowing us to camp in their parking area with electrical supply while we waited; speaking in fluent English, they kept us up to date with progress.
We cannot praise Dækgaragen enough, not only for their technical thoroughness and efficiency, and value for money for the service they provided, but also for their human understanding and help given. to customers. We were very grateful
