This was my second time using their services. First experience was ok. However this time I felt tricked by them.
I have had my all year around tires in their hotel. I had booked a time for Thursday got confirmation of it on Suday last week, but got there and the tires were not there. Needed to get back there again day after. They did remove my winter tires and were ready to replace, when the person who was assisting me told me that I could not drive with the tires I had stored (I knew they were not good for winter, that is why I had new winter tires, but my plan was to run with the all year around one more summer, since for that they were still ok), but he repeated several times that that was not ok and not allowed that I should buy new summer tires tha that tires were not all year around. I got surprised because I really were informed about it otherwise I would even not have stored that tires before, but he continued saying that I should get new summer tires and recommeded me three diferent types of they had there...I felt pressured to take a decision and buy it there since they already had removed my other tires and he was repeating I could not drive with the ones I had. I decided by buying them there (yes, perhaps I could have waited, asked them to again put my other tires and buy online, a lot cheaper, but always easier to think after and with no pressure of seeing yourcar without tires and ready to be fixed while few other cars are in the line). When getting home again, and discussing the situation with my boyfriend, we read a lot on internet and Transportstyrsen, and yes I was still allowed to use my tires, they were below 3mm but still good for summer. We are aware is better to have both types for best results, however, I am still allowed to have all year around. We went there yesterday to talk with them about this situation, but no one was willing to help. They gave me wrong information, the person in place addmited it, contacted the one I bought from. He could only say that he was sorry about that and that he was thinking of my safety and that I missunderstood him. I am 100% sure I did not missuderstood him, he was very clear on his speech that that tires were only winter tires and I could not use them (even though I bought the car with them and I have all the symbols on it for all year around) and that now I have the best summer tires and that I could get my old tires, 2 of them were still good and sell on internet...is this their solution? I felt they just wanted to sell me their expensive tires. He also said they talked with the owner and nothing could be done really unfortunately. I would like to remove also my tires of their hotel but they also said they can not give my money back, even though I believe I have the right to regret of a purchase in 14 days, and after this confusion I would expect they could offer me something to at least make the situation a little better. I do not recommend woman to go to this store. While I was waiting there I saw they try to push woman to get more services and she accepted, perhaps because we give a more frigile image or that we do not understand about cars and so on. Or maybe should I bring a man always when I need a service so they do not trick me? It should not be like that.
