I ordered parts that did fit and returned them only to get 1/2 the cost refunded and I paid for the return shipping. Don't buy anything from D2Moto.

Fast shipping quality part will order from again

Ordered brake pads and they were useless. The pad material is slanted or thin on top and thick on bottom, two different pads. Wrote them, no answer, called them but the phone had no answering system..

DO NOT BUY, I am contacting my CC company to report as fraud.

Super slow shipping , and if a part isnt right when you get it you will only get a partial refund.

ordered from them 2 weeks ago still have not recieved my order and when i tried to call them they either dont answer their phone or i get a busy signal and they still have not responded to my emails

Quality of parts was standard, you get what you pay for. However, the customer service team went above and beyond to solve some minor issues and took care of me. I would buy from them again.

Do not answer phones. Still have not shipped item according to postal service. Also paid extra for fast shipping- has not happened!

Do yourself a favor and buy from someone else. I wish I had. They sent me an email that my order was shipped. The day it was supposed to arrive, UPS said that they only received the billing information. I tried calling the company, but was disconnected everytime I called. (Try it yourself. Give them a quick call before you order to see if you can actually talk to someone.) When the phone wasn't an option, I sent them an email. They email me back saying that they'll send out my order when they get it from their supplier. Once I get it, half the parts in my order are of extremely poor quality/cheap materials. Personally, I'll never order from them again.

Ordered frame sliders for a zx10, recived a huge box with no invoice and a used plastic cap with oil on it. Customer service is a joke none of their phone lines work, emailed them several times and have heard nothing. Faxed them Heard nothing. but they got my money for sure.

Great place I got 5 products for the price I would buy 1 in dealer shop! Could have bigger street bike selection though.

i have deal with d2moto.com few times already, overall they ship out order pretty fast. And easy to deal with. i give 2 thumbs up for this company
