Ordered multiple frames throughout the years, and will continue to do so. -1 star because the frame that I purchased recently was available on the site, but not in stock. After a month waiting for it to ship, contacted customer service. They were excellent and refunded my order. Hopefully the frames will be in stock soon.

Terrible customer service- sub par quality
I ordered a pair of glasses and cases for myself and son, only his glasses were delivered, I’ve contacted customer service twice via email and phone call- no response - that was over 2 months ago. My son wasn’t fully satisfied with his glasses either- he said the $5 glasses from target feel like they work better- very disappointed. Would not recommend. $80 wasted.
Bad Experience, will not be returning
Customer service reached out to me about a clarification in regards to my order and I responded answering the question. I placed my order on 3/17/25 and have still not received my order and today is 5/5/25. I am highly disappointed with my experience and will not be returning. I also reached out multiple times and tried to call the service number with no answer. I tried to get a refund and did not get a response back or anything.

Intentional wrong prescription
I ordered two pairs of prescription eyeglasses. The company emailed me two weeks after I placed my order, advising me they ran out of my prescription (-0.25). They asked me if I'd like to use 0 or -0.50 instead. I told them that will not work for my eyes, as I wear glasses all day every day. I told the company if they do not get my prescription back in stock, then I would like a refund. Two weeks later, I did not hear any response to my email, so I sent another email asking for a refund. The company responded a few days later, to let me know my order was on the way. When I received my order, sure enough, my prescription was wrong. They also sent me the wrong color for one pair of my glasses. I have since emailed the company to let them know of the error, and AGAIN have asked for a refund. I have had no response from the company. I have spent $85 CAD and I cannot use the product. I am getting no responses from the company.
