Incredibly helpful and saved me the cost of a new printer
I contacted Cymar about my Epson EcoTank ET-2810 after Epson support had essentially led me to believe that the printer needed an expensive repair or replacement.
Cymar took the time to explain what the problem was likely to be and suggested trying a waste ink counter reset before spending money on a repair. I followed their advice and it worked! My printer is now working perfectly again.
They didn’t make any money from helping me, yet still took the time to give me clear, knowledgeable and genuinely useful advice. They have potentially saved me hundreds of pounds and stopped a perfectly good printer from being unnecessarily replaced.
