Missing danish bicykle lock certificates
I bought certified bicycle locks from their shop. Everything went smooth, but unfortunately the certification was not part of the package. I informed the customer service and it seems they do not had the certification with them. I discussed this problem with the customer service how's then hunt down the certification from the manufacturer, which took some day. At the end they were really nice to send me over post the proper signed certification of my locks. Problem occurs, but it's very important that customer service is there to handle these issues. However their reaction was a bit slow, they handled all my issues very well and I'm thankful. I hope they will be more prepared for the next customer.

Great products for great price!
I bought a bicycle lock, it arrived to the shop in few workdays as promised. I chose pick-up in store.
The lock I wanted had discount now, so I was very happy to get item I wanted for nice price and arrival to shop in few days (it was out of stock, thats why it took few days)
