Choose another website for your orders
I placed my order specifically because it was in stock in the store and I can pick it up sooner than other websites they would ship it to me.
Shortly after, I received an email saying it would actually take up to two days. Then a day later got an SMS informing me that, due to an inventory error, the item wasn’t in stock after all.
This entire experience has been extremely frustrating and honestly quite disappointing. It’s very hard to reach their customer service — the SMS didn’t explain how to respond, and when I tried calling, the phone line had already closed for the day (9.30 to 14.00 and I received the message 14.50). Their in‑store service hasn’t been great either, and now I understand why the Google reviews are so low.
To make things worse, the item still shows as “in stock” on their website, even after they told me it wasn’t available. I’ve cancelled my order and am now waiting to hear how long the refund will take.
Overall, a very annoying and avoidable situation. I won’t be ordering from this site again.

Bought a bike
Bought a bike, and today was my first scheduled service. Everything was super quick, especially considering I also asked for a basket to be attached to the bike. Knowing that I have a 6-year warranty and a service schedule gives me peace of mind that my bike will keep running smoothly.

Picked up an item in the store after ordering it online. The staff was helpful!
Note that it's a big store and towards the end of the day it can be quite busy so you might have to wait a bit.
