Worst company ever with toxic work culture
Beggars.....absolutely low quality beggars with ZERO shame and humanity
Absolutely terrible organization to work with...the organization would hire you and expect you to do miracles within a couple of months without any training or guidance.... there's a hell lot of politics that will make the entire workplace uncomfortable to work. And the worst part is that you have to serve 90 days notice period and the only way to avoid it is a buyout....for senior employees this much notice period is justified but for junior employees, 90 days notice period is not acceptable at all. The organization is greedy to core and make your life miserable by creating an environment where you will consider paying them and quitting rather than being there for a longer duration.
They expect you to join the organization as soon as possible but won't release you until and unless you throw money on their stupid beggar face.
Please note that I'm talking about the management, specially at the senior level because they are absolutely useless. I am not talking about employees at a lower position as they are stuck as well.
Work for this organisation only if you hate yourself to the core and if you want to make you life a living hell.
