I could easily mention several occasions where they have saved me time, money and stress. They have loads of stock in store and their knowledge and experience is always appreciated. Each visit is more like a social one.

Went to buy a Electric Bike for my Wife using Cycle Scheme voucher ...... All was going well until I mentioned the Cycle Scheme voucher which seemed to change the way they dealt with us, probably as he said it costs them money
I asked about the Free servicing on the Electric Bike as Advertised and got told they would not do this if bought with a voucher - Nothing in the Terms & Conditions about this, I asked if I could pay a premium for the services and this was refused as well
Left the shop and found another shop who were happy to take the voucher & simply a lot nicer to deal with

I am utterly floored by the kind gesture shown to me by Cyclesense. I can’t even call it customer service because I didn’t even purchase my product from them.

I had ordered a Followme Tandem from a site in Germany and had one of the slowest, most passive customer service experience ever. Not only did I had shipment issues, but during installation, a component (the bolts on the clamping plate) broke on the tandem. As response from the vendor was super slow, I contacted Cyclesense thinking they were the FollowMe HQ.

Not only did they reply almost instantaneously to inform me that this was a warranty issue, but asked me to get in touch if I had not heard back from the vendor in a few days. I contacted them a week later and they got in touch with FollowMe to send me a new component for free (which arrived a week later). All this while the other vendor finally replied saying I had to return the entire Tandem by post and they would replace it (how much time later?).

I can guarantee that I will be purchasing any future bike-related products from Cyclesense. Without a doubt.

I have just bought a custom built Moulton bicycle. I needed specific components, and I cannot fault them for the gracious and courtious manner in dealing with my requirements. Great family business and service second to none

Good shop.
I've used this shop for more than a decade which tells you a lot. I've bought an assortment of bikes over the years for our family, had wheels built and repairs completed. It's a reliable, honest business, run by real people with some competitive deals from time to time. For sure, you can buy cheaper, somewhere on the Internet.... but you can't check the sizing or get a minor niggle fixed on a new bike, bearings replaced etc online. It's not 100% perfect, the Sunday closed for example occasionly bugs me, but I'm realistic....most people with bikes will be riding on a Sunday and trading patterns / economics would not support it. Recommended.

I have been using Cyclesense for the last year. They have always looked after me and given good advice. I have had 1st class mechanical service and have purchased wheels, tyres, rear mechs, lights, pumps, nutrition and clothing. All top quality products. The full bike service I had earlier in the year transformed my road bike.

I ordered a hard to get seat post, and though it was initially out-of-stock Cyclesense ensured they got the item to me quickly. Communication was efficient and fast - and I was kept informed of progress throughout. Would definitely buy here again.

We wanted to but a croozer trailer, had rang and emailed a few places about them, cyclesense got straight back to me, we went the following day to look at the trailer. The guy had one out to show us, he folded it down, took parts off really showing us how it worked we were there over half an hour, we bought the trailer, then we also ordered some other parts a few weeks later online which came within 2 days, very happy.

Hi, thanks for the great service. Even though it took a couple of days until the order got processed, once things were on the way, everything went very quickly and my order arrived within a few days. I was very pleased about that. The bike was well packaged, in good condition and easy to mount. The most happiest person is probably my son, who loves riding his new bike.

My bike developed a serious problem seventeen months after purchase. I don't want to go into the details. What I do want to say is that Dave and his team at Cyclesense went out of their way to help. Dave and his team's customer service was excellent. I would thoroughly recommend this business. If I lived closer, they would become my local bike shop. I can't recommend them enough. Give them your business and they will look after you.
