The customer service I had when my PC broke (under warranty) was excellent. They quickly provided a test for the problem, and on determining the issue, sent out a new power supply within a few days which I was able to replace to correct the issue.

First time i both gaming PC to my son, as we both never had it and have no idea how it works. After changing rooms PC stop working ,but Alan, from customer suport all day was chating with me and helped us to fix it. So calm, inteligent and helpfull person i ever met.

Good pc and very good delivery, only problem I had was some parts was loose and I had to screw my ssd back onto the m2 slot as it was not screwed down properly, overall it’s been a great pc tops

Friendly service to newbies, quick and helpful without any problems. Very accommodating staff on site as well as online.
Questions and repairs came hassle free and the pc came back within the next day of being sent off for repair (which it didn't actually need)
As said before, staff were friendly about this and offered advice for maintenance in future

Bad Experience received my order & couldn't play due to No Display Screen & 3 normal beeps upon launch of the PC clearly its not as they say & came with problems whether its from CyberPower or via Transport

You know when you get those companies that promise to move heaven and earth to fix your rig!

Well let me tell you that Luke & Cyberpower went above and beyond to repair my equipment. The moved heaven and earth so they could get down to business of repairing my rig.

Bought a PC in April 2024. After heavy use, one fan became noisy, which was difficult for my son. I contacted support and they responded quickly, arranging a replacement without any hassle. Really appreciate how fast and smoothly they handled it.

I purchased a system from them about two years ago and recently the CPU cooler pump failed as soon as the warranty expired causing me to pay out of pocket to fix it, sure bad luck whatever

Then about a month later the PSU begins to fail and I contact them again. Out of warranty, have to pay. Sure. I purchased their packaging, I follow the instructions and then ship it to them. 5 days later they come back to me saying I packaged it incorrectly and have to pay another £60 for a new case on top of all the money I have had to pay fixing these cheap parts it came with. I would heavily avoid using them and I regret purchasing my partner a system from them before this all happened, will never be using this company again and I would highly advise anyone to do the same. All they do is attempt to squeeze money from you at every turn

Great Custom Built PC - Exactly what I needed and built to my specification and budget to get an impressive setup which is powerful enough to last me for years. Had recommendations from friends for CyberPowerPC and I have been impressed. PC turned up 2 days early as I paid for quick turn around. Even quick to respond to a mundane technical support request regarding the ARGB Fans sent via the website. Very impressed and would recommend to others.

The customer services provided by Cyber Power is fantastic

All the people working there are amazing, well informed and understanding of issues you can face when making a new purchase or dealing with a manufacturing defect 3/6/18 months down the line, like I had. after the first 3 months of my purchase, an RMA was processed due to intermittent failures, parts were replaced and the PC was returned, 6 months later the same issue occurred. A full system rebuild with a FOC RAM upgrade was provided, even though I offered to pay it was declined. 18 months after that the PSU failed, tripping my electrics and blowing the kettle plug fuse, it was less than 2 days before a new PSU was sent for replacement (which was upgraded from my original one.) If you are looking for a company to build your machine, look afdter you and give you the best service should anything go wrong. this is the one!

Overall 10/10 service, website is easy to navigate, customer service team was amazing, knowledgeable and super speedy with their response.

I've been a PC gamer since 2016. My last two PC builds have been custom made with friends helping, my first prebuilt, my current PC, is the one I bought from CyberpowerPC. This was also my first time shopping with them.

I placed the order on Tuesday, received it next day at 3pm. Extremely fast delivery - PC arrived in excellent and mint condition, packaged very safely.

The PC itself works great, I went for the Infinity C6 Corsair and it plays all the games I want at maximum graphics, reaching 120fps+ which is exactly what I hoped for. This includes Red Dead Redemption 2, World of Warcraft and Marvel Rivals.

It was a little bit on the expensive side overall but when it's all built for you so quickly and the service provided is so good, let alone how great the PC itself is, I actually feel it's worth the full purchase price.

I have recommended CyberpowerPC UK to many of my friends and will continue to do so. Fantastic first impression purchasing from this company - top marks all round!

Fast service, tell you what stage your pc is at on an easy to use tracker. PC is extremely quiet and no bloat ware on it!

Bought my son's PC from CyberPower for Christmas 2024.
Just before Christmas 2025 it stopped working. I emailed the support, which were great. Sent out a new part the next day, but still had problems. They arranged to have the PC collected. The PC arrived with them, and 3 days later we had the PC back, working.
Such a great service, communication was quick, and really helpful.
Buying from here, safe with the knowledge that the support continues long after!
