Great service provided. Very helpful over both phone and email. Replied fast which i find extremely helpful. Arranged for my computer to be collected for its inspection and repair as well as the warranty from intel. Completed everything required for my computer and returned it to me within 3 days of receiving it.

Will definitely be using and recommending again.

I wanted to build a new custom gaming PC, I looked around and finally decided on CyberPowerPC - it made the process easy, picking the parts was simple at a reasonable price. The customer support was great, I had a few questions and they answered fast and were knowledgeable. Would highly recommend.

Everything was fine until unboxing and the Pc I ordered didn't have the power cable. Disappointing when you spend over 1k on a pc

Ewan made the experience an absolute breeze, He kept me in the loop the whole time with rapid response and helpful information. The best customer service I have ever received. I want to highlight Luke at CyberPowerPC for his incredible support. He was professional, knowledgeable, and made the whole process fast and seamless—exactly the kind of service every customer hopes for!

I brought a pc and I’ve had nothing but problems, the first time I contacted cyberpower I was told I could send it to them for repair and it took 3 months to send it in for repair!!! A week after I got it back I had to send it back in because it had broke again and I got refused for a refund. It’s now broken again and I’m being refused a refund and being refused to send it back in for repair without a video of proof.

Website made it easy to check each part for spec and price, once ordered they arrived ahead of scheduled delivery date. I purchased a router with the system; I hadn’t realised it would be delivered separately. Before I realised this I had messaged the customer service and got a swift reply from Alan detailing, thank you. No issues and friendly communication. If I had to nit pick; the system I bought was all white but some cables are black; a small feature of customising the cables would be welcome but I’m not knocking down the score for that. Also I didn’t see it anywhere but I got a wee bag of extra parts CPU bracket, cables, screws the lot. Thank you 10/10.

I got a very prompt reply from Cyberpower, my reply was at least a day quicker than the other two companies i contacted (who only priced my build without any feed back on my build). Curtis Lynch, got back to me quick and with good suggestions to allow my build to be stable for my project. he also pointed out a couple area's that concerned him and with his information i was able to avoid a potential disaster in my build and find a suitable solution to allow me to get what i was looking for.

I'm extremity happy with the service i got and the end result that its lead to. I will defiantly recommend Cyberpower to others and come back when i upgrade the GPU on my workstation .

Got sent a pc with the wrong gpu so I emailed and started speaking with Ewan he was so helpful and did it really quick to get sorted nice guy and very helpful

How quickly it was resolved especially as I'm a first time pc player and buyer , the method of proof of problem ànd all the other things you usually go through over days and sometimes months was done within a couple of hours and that was them returning emails explaining what to do as I had no clue ..now my new mouse is on its way , couldn't be happier and no second thoughts on recommending them .. especially a big thanks to Alan who helped

Bought a pre-built gaming PC from these guys … fantastic!! The unit is brilliant, the lead time was short, very short, everything arrived as described and I even had cause to get in touch with support (mainly because I hadn’t read the instructions on something) and they were responsive and helpful. I would recommend them 100%!!

At first I was scared to order, since there have been mixed reviews online. Most of the negative things ive heard were from the US company though which I realised when doing my research. I ordered a custom build and it came at a really good price considering I ordered a monitor and speakers to go with it. It came actually a day before the estimated delivery date so I was very happy. The courier made sure I got everything inside before he left which was nice. I like that with cyberpower, they provide updates throughout the process, from order to building to then delivery. I felt like I was being reassured every time I thought about the order. The pc came all fully built for me. All I had to do was take out the protective padding, peel off the film from the glass, and plug it in. I haven't done my own stress tests yet on the hardware but so far it looks great and has been performing really well. This was my first time getting a full pc and I'm so glad I went with this, I love that I got to choose every component whilst not having the pressure of building it myself. Definitely recommend if youre in the UK.

Love everything about my custom build pc. The quality of the finished build is great. The choice of components for the custom build is unrivalled. The price of the custom build was also competitive and reasonable seeing prices of RAM and storage has gone up recently. The customer service team have also helped with a couple of questions I had since purchase and receiving delivery of the system. I am a very happy customer!

Ordered a PC in March and have had no performance issues but noticed a part had come a little loose, emailed the customer support team and had a response within 5 minutes and after that i had an email chain being responded to minutes after id said anything.

Couldn’t ask for anymore, great customer service from Ewan, many thanks ❤️
