CyberPower UK is one of the greatest companies that I have done business with, even though I had little knowledge they supported me in learning things and get any help I needed. The products I received were always high quality and ensured it is performing at the best it can.

I’ve had a really great experience with CyberPowerPC UK from start to finish. The whole ordering process has been smooth, clear, and hassle-free, which made a big difference when investing in a custom build.

During my order, the RAM I originally selected went out of stock, but this was handled brilliantly. I was contacted quickly and offered a suitable alternative, and the swap was done seamlessly without causing any delays. My fast track build has still been met, with delivery expected on Tuesday the 24th if all goes to plan.

A special shoutout to Jacob from support, who was excellent throughout. He was responsive, helpful, and made sure everything was sorted quickly while keeping me updated at every step . That level of customer service really stands out.

Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the experience so far — great communication, smooth problem-solving, and a team that genuinely cares. Highly recommend!

Ordered a gaming desktop but when it arrived I had no idea it was going to be so big and heavy. The company were good about returning the item for a refund. The process was a bit long in terms of getting an RMA, organising the pick up and waiting for the refund to come through but was all fine in the end and the money came through.

I’m a gamer and don’t really know about building a PC, however I gave CyberPowerPC a call and spoke to a guy called Luke, he was extremely helpful and friendly whilst helping me find the right PC, I gave him my budget and games I usually play, it took him minutes to get me a quote and a PC set up, I unfortunately don’t get a last name for him as I’d like to mention him fully! I’m still awaiting the PC which is due on the 22nd of march 2026. But the customer service was brilliant.

I bought a PC from CyberPower almost a year ago. I was torn between building myself or buying a pre-built. I figured out the price was pretty much the same and there could be added benefits of not needing to deal with hardware suppliers myself should anything go wrong. Yesterday, I sent a ticket to support about my PC case power button failing (Issue with Corsair case) - support answered in minutes, sent me a new part and it arrived today. I've already fitted it and back up and running! Big thank you to Ewan in support.

The laptop is good but there is a problem with the battery and heating. It lasts like 45 mins or maybe an hour when gaming. You constantly have to keep it plugged in while gaming. Making it hard to game while on the move.
