The pc came in exactly how I built it. Genuinely amazing and perfect.

Delivered on time, with no issues. This is my second purchase from CP. My first purchase lasted many years and still working.

From Order to delivery was smooth and PC working out the box with no issues.

Service was fast, and the computer is great. The only thing keeping it from being a full five stars is that one of the case fan connectors was forced onto the motherboard connector without being properly aligned. This bent the pins, which in turn bent the pins of the fan connector next to it. Both sets of pins were straightened without damaging them, so the issue was resolved easily enough. If the pins had been broken instead of just bent, though, it would have required a motherboard replacement.

PC arrived safe and working but Quality Control/build quality appears to have dropped a bit since my last two purchases from them.

First things first. Cyberpower did a lot well. I customized just about every major component of the order so this wasn't a stock build by any stretch and some of my choices didn't make assembly the easiest. Order time, shipping, Packing were all done well and solidly beat my fairly high expectations. they shipped 2 days ahead of their estimate. All the components are functioning as intended and PC runs well. Very pleased.

That said build time was likely a bit TOO fast as build quality/planning were where I had issues. The biggest issue was fan layout. I get mounting AIO cpu coolers 3fan radiator to front as intake, the case I picked did not have enough room up top for the cooler and the front works fine anyway. What is less fine is leaving the case's 2 stock 140mm in the front as well. 5 fans intaking, with 2 different sizes and pushing/pulling through radiator and only 1 120mm exhausting in the back doesn't work well for overall cooling. There was plenty of room at the case top and the case's manual even listed spots, for mounting the 140s up top as exhaust. It might have ended up somewhat negative pressure but better than heavily over pressure layout I received.

The other issue, I'm not very happy with the cable management I found. Paying for "professional cable management" and finding Twist ties among the Zip ties securing the cables on the backside and unnecessary modular power cables attached(they used a much bulkier SATA + 4 pin MOLEX combo instead of the slimmer SATA only power cable. weird given 1 SATA power was all that was needed by the build, no MOLEX powered components anywhere to be found) doesn't make me feel like I got much value out of a service I'm up-charged for.

Overall I'm still happy with the service and the product, and while tweaking the layout and wiring took a couple hours the end result is working well so far. Speed from order placed to shipping was nice, but I would have rather had someone take a bit more time considering the best layout and cable managing components.

1) customization is great.
I aim to have a PC for 5-8 years so I buy much higher end than I really need now. Got everything I wanted in this regard. E.g. 1000W power supply, Intel Ultra 9 CPU, and two 1TB SSD Drives(C & D).
2) Customer service is top notch.
Carlos worked with me around delivery as my building is prone to package delivery theft.
3) Price is higher for similar systems from RoG.
(Though hard to really compare apples-to-apples with my specific customizations.)
4) Actual system is very large.
H21"xD19"xW10", as compared to my prior 14x16x8, which made for some closet restructuring.

PC arrived quickly and was easy to set up, works like a charm

PC came and works fine, though 2 of the fans LEDs weren't working. Had to take everything apart and trace wires. I dont feel I should have to do this on a 2300 dollar prebuilt machine. I was able to get the lights working, but I shouldnt have had to... Also called in to tech support and that was fairly useless.

I was sent a dead computer

I liked the buying process. Was super disappointed that I got a defective graphics card. I haven’t been able to use my PC for what I bought it for which is very frustrating. Customer service has been very helpful and getting the replacement was easy.
