For starters, I think the gallery with real customer’s trucks and all the information about them is great. I was able to find a look I wanted and know exactly what to buy. Their customer service was great responding to my questions the same day and everything showed up as expected. There are zero surprises with this company and their site is loaded with videos and info about everything from the products to delivery. I love my new wheels and tires and will be shopping with them again soon.

Always top notch to buy wheels and tires from. Customer service is fantastic if there are any issues and delivery is pretty quick too if you order something in stock. So easy a caveman could do it. This is my third set from them and I would order again.

Easy to find what fits and will work. Price is about as good as you can get. They have tons of options. Have purchased two separate wheel and tire packages plus some other odd and in parts from them. Not had a complaint yet. I am pretty sure when the wife lets me get another ride, I will order from them again. Plus, Shipment showed up two days earlier than expected.

I ordered a set of tires from them and got them to my house much quicker than I thought. Website is very easy to use, even for a knuckle dragger like me. I will recommend Custom Offsets to my friends.

I order rims and called the next day to see if i can change out the color and the lady told me that they already got them in the warehouse and if i wanted to order another rim they will charge me for the restock fee lady i just put my order in he night before u got to be kidding right lol horrible customer service

Don't waste your time anywhere else. My first purchase was a wheel/tire combo but there was an issue with the tire mfg. Custom Offsets went above and beyond to make things right and got me what I wanted.

I just got a new vehicle and Custom Offsets carried the wheel I wanted but the website stated it was on backorder. I found the wheel on another website and it appeared to be in stock. So I ordered it and a set of lugnuts. Well, they did not have it in stock and their website did not reflect this. They cancelled my wheel order and shipped the lugnuts regardless. Why would I need the lugnuts if I wasn't getting the wheels. So I had to RMA the lugnuts and they charged me to ship them back after a phone discussion with them. That said I came back to Custom Offsets and the second option I was considering was not only IN STOCK at Custom Offsets, they were on sale as well. Bought the wheels and I only got a text offering me a deal on a tire/wheel combo. I replied I already had the tires and only needed the wheels. No pressure to upsell and treated me respectfully. The first company thought it was prudent to send me 11 emails in 3 days about what else the can sell me. I hate when companies abuse their patrons. I bought stuff off of your website, do you really think you need to barrage me with emails/texts about what else is on there? Not Custom Offsets, they will send an occasional email about any deals they currently have going on. I really appreciate that they respect their customers and will be my go to from here on out!
