I liked how easy and quick it was to order the pedometers and get our custom logo on them and they got here very quickly. The only problem is the pedometers didn't work so great, several of them didn't work at all and then others we had to fiddle around with to get them to work at all. Everyone I worked with was really nice and helpful and I would work with them again.
I ordered the blank orange pedometers, expecting free shipping as posted all over the website and an awesome product. However, because the pedometers were not customized, shipping was not free; something only disclosed after I called customer service to get an explanation. One day later, I received a call because the company was all out of the orange pedometers. I was not offered any sort of discount or apology for my inconvenience -- I just had to pick a different color. Once the pedometers arrived, some were dented and scratched and deemed unusable. Thanks, but no thanks, I won't be ordering from here again.
