I appreciated that all art work was checked and needed approval before the order would be processed.

Between emails and calls I reached out 5 times before getting clarification on the status of my order. They never answered their customer service line, but finally answered when I called the new sales line. They shipped my order with errors (I wasn't notified when the order shipped) and as a result, my package had to be rerouted mid-shipment due to an address issue. Had they answered any of my first 5 communications, there would have been no problem. I likely will not shop with them again.

Though a little less personal with only electronic support; this experience was very solid. The return responses were timely and well organized.

I haven't received the lanyards yet but I can speak to customer service. They were most helpful and honest. I sent a design and they advised the design was small and they didn't feel I would be happy with it.
I made several changes and they were always professional, easy to work with and accommodating.
Cant wait for the lanyards to arrive.

The communication was great and I got the lanyards in a very timely manner.

My issue is that I ordered purple for the lanyard color because it looked like it was a dark royal purple. Instead I got a lighter lavender purple and it wasn't what I was expecting at all. Very disappointed in the color.

Never received my order. Supposedly shipped over a month ago. Customer service is unresponsive.

The quality of the material and printing are excellent. Prices are very reasonable.
