No answer from the store


I purchased a pair of Lacoste sunglasses, but after paying, I did not receive any email or text message as a purchase receipt.

I sent emails through your website asking when I would receive my sunglasses and requesting the tracking number, but I did not receive any response. It has already been a week.

Thanks for your quick response through this page, but I haven't received any emails from you guys I will send another message through your site with a different personal email, thanks

I have bought GG 1869/S

I have bought sunglasses GG 1869/S OUN/MW Gold Aviator, after I payed I havent received any email. I wrote to all possible emails to themwith the question when I would receive my glasses, I asked Trackimg number, but no answer from them. Already third week.
After I gave 1 star in Trust pilot, they react very fast. So I changed evaluation to 4 stars.

I dont know why you have not got our replies. We have replied both your emails within max 4½ hour.

Parcel is shipped a day after your order and we have send you tracking details to DHL by email as well again.

We are now looking into the email problems. We was not aware of any issues before you mentioned it here.

If you have any questions just contact us and we will reply from both our emails so we are sure you get the replies.

Purchased a pair of sunglasses

Purchased a pair of sunglasses. Returned them using their convoluted return policy. Sent tracked and emailed. Never got my money back.
