Lovely place for fun,clean and great service! 👍

I visited this place a few weeks ago with my son who's under one year of age. Not much to do for a crawling baby, yet I decided to take him today again so he burns some energy before his afternoon nap. Arrived there at 3pm and aftermore than 5 min waiting at the front desk a member of staff came to see us. She started by telling us that today they will close at 4 instead of 4:30. And then started to ask me details for registration. Seeing that she's just going around in circles, I asked to pay for the session so my wife can go inside and make the most of the little time left till 4PM. Then she said that is like £25. Last time I paid £4,50 for a under one year old and me as a non participating parent. Now it should have been £2 extra for another parent. When I asked why so much, she replied that she has to charge us for 2 hours. The fee is for the day and not by hour. Seeing that I'm dealing with an incompetent member of staff we decided to leave. I would not in under any circumstances have my time wasted by a clueless teenager that doesn't know anything about the job she is employed for. I will also not ever set foot in that place again, knowing that they try and overcharge people.
