I’m really disappointed with the wave-style curtains I’ve received. They don’t hang properly at all and don’t have the defined “wave” finish that was advertised and that I specifically paid for.... See more

I’m delighted with my new blinds
I’m delighted with my new blinds - they’re stylish and simple to install. Additionally, the customer support was exceptional; Mark provided outstanding assistance.
Was so disappointed with curtains
Was so disappointed with curtains ! I ordered a harlequin brand thinking that they would be quality material, not at all they look cheap, not only that not enough material to draw , I thought they worked the best amount for you. They look like I’ve brought them from B@M ! In fact they would have been better quality, very disappointed for a lot of money. Pay the extra and buy from a local curtain shop is my advice.

I have used Blinds 2 Go for years and there products are very good 5* Cannot fault
BUT do they not realise that UPS stands for USELESS PARCEL SERVICE it took the USELESS PARCEL SERVICE 10 days to deliver my last order and i received 13 emails from them telling me my order was being delayed then being delivered then being delayed etc etc etc and now they are doing it again with my latest order.

Sent us the wrong size custom curtains and refuse to send us new ones to the measurements we actually ordered... never shop here!
Ordered 3 blinds for my new house
Ordered 3 blinds for my new house: they arrived faster than anticipated, are beautifully made and perfectly accurate to my measurements. This is my 5th or so time ordering from curtains/blinds2go - they always do such a great job!
Exceptional customer experience
As a customer, I always say that it’s not when things go well, but when things go wrong that you can judge the quality of a company and the ethics of its management.
We recently ordered two sets of curtains, which due to factors beyond their control, fell well below the standard we were expecting.
After an initial call, the senior leadership of this company quickly acknowledged and resolved the issues to a level which far exceeded our expectations.
Well done Curtains2Go, a case study in how all companies should treat their customers.
Do Not Use this Company For Full Length Curtains
Be very aware that this company has a tolerance of +/- 3cm on made to measure curtains. We ordered full length curtains that arrived 2cm too short and the company refused to replace them or give us a refund because they said the curtains were made within their tolerance range.
This very important detail was not disclosed under their ‘How to Measure For Your Curtains’ guide. It was tucked away within their Terms at the bottom of their website instead.
Had it been clear that our curtains could be made anywhere between 3cm too short or 3cm too long, we would never have bought them. Such a wide margin of tolerance is not acceptable for full length curtains. The ‘How to Measure’ guide says to allow a 1.5cm gap between the bottom of the curtains and the floor, but what you could end up with is a gap of 4.5cm or the curtains being too long.
We will never use this company again.
One star but only because zero isnt an…
One star but only because zero isnt an option. provided window width only to have a pair of curtains that dont close due to the pleats not fully closing on the curtain rail because of the eyelets. Colour not even what I ordered Not responsive and not helpful, not interested and no replacement ir refund. More money down the drain. Take money from customers for providing a second class product is bad enough but even more difficult to deal with when you have disabilities. DO NOT USE. Buy curtains elsewhere and get them altered yourself and get a proper job done on a far better quality curtain. They must have seen me coming through my ill fitting curtains
A very happy customer!
I was very nervous at using an online company for my huge patio window but I need not have worried. The curtains are fabulous! I'm over the moon and they were half the price of the previous, locally made, pair. I had plenty of samples to choose from just to make sure. I certainly recommend this company and will definitely use them again. Thanks from a very happy customer!
They replaced my order with the new one, very pleased.
I ordered single curtain and it arrived in two pieces. They refuse to return due to their "policy". I definitely did not order pair, and they did not ask if I want single or pair when i was ordering wave curtain. I called customer service and the lady suggested that I should have already known that the curtains come in pair "everywhere"!!! I suggested that they should put it on their website rather than expecting customers to already know!! unbelievable!! complete waste of time and money...
This is an update on the previous problem: they replaced my order and sent the correct one. thank you.
Woeful
Woeful. Well missed advertised dispatch date. Every time I contact them, get told something different, always ending up with 'they'll be dispatched the next day'. They never are. £500 light and still no curtains. Awful. Promised compensation, never arrived. Don't reply to emails. Shocking.
Delivery times? - whenever it suits us!
Ordered two sets of curtains. Provided with delivery date but no time Waited and then received an email saying that they couldn't now deliver on that day and they had rescheduled for 5 days time. Later that day, received 2 emails from UPS advising that delivery was going to be the next day now and that delivery would be "the end of the day". Just received another email saying items left at porch at 9.30AM????? Not quite the end of the day! Nightmare to deal with. They can't seem to make up their minds about when they will deliver, but if you are not in, they will happily charge you if you miss delivery. Maybe they should include a crystal ball when you order, so then we can foresee delivery as they don't seem to have a clue!!
Beautiful Curtains and Blinds
Easy to measure with clear instructions, curtains and blinds delivered on time on the original estimated delivery date. Installed with minimal fuss using the supplied instructions.
The quality of the curtains and rail are great and as expected. Curtains were well packaged with no creases which was particular good as they hung perfectly after fitting.
Highly recommended and would use again.
Highly recommended
I’ve used this company multiple times and fill they give the best value for money and quality.
I’ve used other companies due to fabric choice however the blind unit and brackets don’t compare to Blind2go.
Thermal lining-oh no
I am not so sure that the produce are any longer competitive.
I ordered curtains and there was some free upgrade of thermal lining which I took unfortunately when the curtains arrived the thermal lining was thick and not like the thin silver reflective ones.
As a result The curtains did not hang in the normal fashion. The sides were sticking out sideways. The cleats did not pleat because the thickness of the thermal lining held back the curtain from being fluid.
I raised a complaint with customer services and although they initially objected to refunding or any kind of settlement they finally agreed to credit me against any new purchase.
They had sighted that because it was made to measure I was not covered by the goods and sales remote purchase clause..
I did order some longer curtains again with the free upgrade of the thermal line but they did not hang any better. They flared out at the side and they are very thick so when you try to use tiebacks for example it does not work well.
Just for the attention of prospective purchases so they are aware of what they will get if they have the thermal lining included in their purchase
Value for money …
This is the first time I had ordered curtains but I had previously ordered blinds and found the service excellent. The website is easily navigable. Sample material is available with a prompt service. There are clear guidelines on measuring dependent on the style of curtains chosen. I ordered my eyelet door curtain and am extremely impressed and pleased with the product. It is great value for money and I will certainly use again.
Updated Review
First time using Curtains 2go, the wave curtains I ordered were nice but disappointed in the track provided with the curtains which shows ugly brackets & looks cheap. My poor review is mainly directed at delivery issues. My order was placed well in time for delivery of curtains before moving to a new build property. Due to a delay with the order, the curtains actually arrived on the afternoon of our moving day when no one was at the address. Once I realised this I requested (ups) to deliver to our local collection point so I could pick up (rather than confuse with a new build post code that was not registered). The parcel was apparently rejected by the first collection point & the parcel was never even sent to the next collection point & was then returned to Curtains 2 go warehouse. After several long phone calls to ups & Curtains 2go I eventually got my order 12 days later but was delivered to the original address which was still incorrect. Poor communication all round.
I was contacted within 24 hrs of my poor review. Curtains 2 go assured me they will be looking into the issue I had with delivery of my curtains via UPS to find out where the problem occurred so it doesn’t happen again.
I am pleased that the matter has now been resolved and will be placing further orders in the future.
Wave Curtains 10/10
I ordered several free samples before deciding on Wave Curtains made in Laura Ashley Whinfell Natural fabric.
I am absolutely delighted with them . At the time of ordering the company we’re doing a free blackout lining upgrade which I took advantage of. The curtains sit absolutely perfect .
I found a few videos on You Tube which also helped me get them sit perfect . They were delivered within advertised timescale too and came beautifully wrapped and neatly placed in secure box.
I also saved over £300 from other quotes from local curtain makers !
The track is also easy to secure to ceiling and wall. Only thing that annoys me is silver screws on display so will be ordering caps to cover them from diy shop.
Would definitely recommend this company for quality made perfect curtains.
Avoid Wave - misleading
We have redecorated our new house with various window treatments - roller, Roman, perfect fit, voiles, Venetians - all excellent. However, the wave voile curtains are hugely disappointing and the website is misleading. It wasn’t until they arrived that we checked other reviews and the same issues arose with us as other people. Firstly, photos on the website are misleading. I will guess they are double width whereas you don’t get to choose and what you do get contains a lot LESS waves - I know they specify the width on the website but it simply doesn’t look like the pictures online. Secondly, the track bears no resemblance to the photos on the website. What you get is a track which needs numerous, unsightly brackets and sits out from the wall (I’m just sorry I can’t upload photos - think the total opposite to a swish curtain track which has the fixtures behind it or if I had to compare I’d say the fixtures of an eyelet curtain pole but horrible white with screws and you need loads of them). The curtains come fixed in place and don’t cover the track (you can’t raise them like a curtain track) and our track needed to cover a sunroom. We ended up with 12 brackets - each of them with 3 metal screw holes - totally visible. We had to buy screw covers and a pvc pelmet from B&Q to try and cover it. The wave voiles seem cheaper than the quotes you get from local firms (wave voile are all the rage). But we got pinch pleat voiles (from curtains 2 go) for a different room (that went up on a swish track we bought from Dunelm) and they were half the price as the wave voiles and look a thousand times better - more defined pleats / waves and all you see are the curtains and not the tracks. Very poor - all the website needs to do is show the real track + real width and let people see what they are buying
Fantastic service from Brooke Fitzgerald
Fantastic service from Brooke Fitzgerald, nothing was to much trouble for her, arranged for the curtains I request to be made in the fabric of my choice which had been discontinued for the curtains and only used for roman blinds. I was thrilled that the production team agreed to make my curtains in the fabric as it matches the ones I bought 3 years ago. The curtains are of a high standard, packaged with care and I am sure it will be the same this time.
