Buying from Currys online was 5* excellent which allowed me to buy the product I was looking for with great ease and no frustrations followed by the choice of delivery time I required.

A very helpful young woman took us through the various vacuum cleaner models. She was so patient with the various issues my wife and I bought up. We both concluded that all our questions, were objectively answered to our complete satisfaction. And we are confident we made the best choice at the right price

We were served by Mike who was both knowledgeable and helpful knew what he was doing and the made the whole experience well worth while and when we come again I will make personally look out for him with his knowledge of my next purchase being possibly a television

Curry’s Yeovil, in particular long standing staff member, a lady, Sam, gave us first class assistance on 5/10/26 in buying a replacement PC as we needed to upgrade to Windows 11. She also advised buying a fire stick to solve another tech problem (BBC iPlayer not being available on our Panasonic TV from 31/10/26. For an elderly couple like us, grappling with technology, she was a godsend. Not over-pushy, explained things very well, patient, due to our limited knowledge for our age! The HP PC wasn’t in stock but free delivery by DPD to us the following afternoon went smoothly. We were also impressed that DPD had emailed a security number needed to accept delivery.

On 28/09/26 I met Natasha and Craig who served me with their reassurance re dealing with my faulty printer and had it replaced following their professional dealing with insurance company, thanking all staff at Curry’s Carlow Ireland whom I had experienced in having the pleasure and confidence in their professionalism and reassurance of purchasing and repairing, and Delivery thanks again Teresa

I visited the Yeovil store and was surprised by the flippant and uncaring attitude of the sales assistant. He gave me unhelpful advice and made no effort to find a product suitable for my needs. In the end I bought it online.

Fabulous advice in store, great product for my needs, was able to use blue light card for discount. Very swift delivery to store. All great!

The assistant we dealt with was very informative, polite and handled our purchases very well.

Mike was phenomenal. He gave impartial advice based on our usage information, was technically extremely knowledgeable, but explained things at an appropriate level that we would understand it and did not try to push the sale. He made sensible suggestions to help get the best from our new purchase in terms of ancillary equipment and software. The overall experience was very positive. Mike is a credit to the Yeovil store.

Bought a coffee machine online. Delivery was fast. Coffee machine was faulty. Website told me fastest way to return item was to take the item to nearest Currys. Drive 40 minutes to Yeovil Currys where I was given a barcode and told I needed to take the item myself to DPD drop off location as Currys couldn't process the return. Drove 40 minutes home to the DPD drop off ten yards from my home. Still waiting for the refund. Terrible, terrible customer service. Will not be buying from Currys again.
