Bought a Kenwood american fridge freezer 4 months ago, went away for a few days came back freezer full of food had all thawed. AMY in store was brilliant, had new fridge freezer the following day. 👏

Samsung WW80CGC04DAEEU washing machine.
Ordering online was easy and booking a time slot. The delivery was within the time booked, the new Samsung washing machine was unpacked - the old machine removed. The new one was brought in and connected to the water supply and plugged in, then it was tested on the 15 minute cycle.
All straightforward and no mess, thank you.

Customer service
Went looking for washing machine it was close to end of day, shop assistant was very helpful in looking for a tape to selling us the product we went to buy. Without trying to sell us anything other than what we wanted to buy.

Ordered an Acer laptop online
Ordered an Acer laptop online, but their warehouse sent a completely random MSI model instead. When I went into the store to sort it out, the manager told me to return it, and as I was walking out, security locked the doors because they thought I was stealing—despite me having just been at customer service speaking directly with the manager.
To top it off, customer service on the phone told me it would take a full seven days just to fix their mistake and get the correct item sent out. Absolutely appalling organization, zero respect for customers, and a deeply distressing experience. I will not be shopping here again.
I will return the other laptop that I got sent today, store manager was helpful and polite but the security guard way she handled it disgusting especially when staff member told her i was just at customer service speaking to a manager I mean I walked in with the bag and box and went straight over to customer service. If you are going stop people maybe check CCTV first.
Absolutely disgusting the way ive been treated.

Faultless service
Faultless service. My store assistant. Pranhkin was excellent. Currys are very fortunate to have a young lady of this calibre representing their name. The selection of white goods was varied, offering a great choice. I purchased an under the counter freezer too, which I hadn't initially planned to do the same time as purchasing a replacement washing machine. Very pleased.
