Ordered vacuum cleaner, within an hour it was ready for collection. Partner collected it, no fuss just good customer service as always

One of the items we had was in stock but staff were very helpful in organising home delivery of the other item. Joshua and Suni were really helpful and courteous members of staff.
This was after visiting the Kidderminster store where none of the demo stock was working, staff did not seem to care or seem interested in a sale. So well done Telford store for great customer service and the resulting sale.

The staff could help each other better as the one who was going to help me, got stuck with another customer there could be better communication between staff to help each other

The young man who dealt with us was very helpful and polite.
He stayed with us throughout 2 purchases we made from different departments on that day

There was a good choice of washing machines to choose from and the assistant was very helpful.

I ordered a printer for collection and used my creation account to pay for it. I arrived at the store with my son (who is my carer) as I am elderly and was in a wheelchair.
I showed the assistant the pickup confirmation on my phone as well as, whilst at the counter, I was sent messages over and over again by the staff at the store counter and confirming codes to them over and over again.
The printer was brought to the desk and was all ready for me to take except they wouldn't let me leave the store with it!! WHY you may ask... simply put i don't leave the country of my birth so have no need of a passport and I have never learned to drive so don't have a driving licence! I had NUMEROUS other ID verifications such as letters confirming rent account from Wrekin Housing trust, a photo ID bus pass from the council, my Pension information letter FROM THE GOVERNMENT, bank cards etc etc etc but NO, I still wasn't good enough to take the printer home.
I felt completely insulted, embarrassed, upset and angry. I'm a pensioner who was born and raised in this country and they made me feel like a complete non-entity, a nobody. I couldn't believe it.
On top of that I was told that they couldn't cancel the printer off my account in the store because id ordered it online which means I've still got a printer being charged to my account that I haven't got and which is still in the store!!
I will never, NEVER shop at Currys again, EVER.

Was ok , just too many staff trying to sell a product, also they need to keep a better track of the remotes , as bought a display TV and took 20 min to find the controller.

Sam, the young man who served us, was very helpful, polite and answered all of our questions.

I returned a TV to the Currys Telford store on 10 September and asked to exchange it for a different LG model.

I was told that, to process the exchange, the refund had to be put onto a Currys gift card first. I agreed because I believed this was simply part of the exchange process.

Only after the money had been transferred to the gift card did staff discover that the replacement TV wasn’t actually in stock.

I then asked for my money to be returned to my original payment method and was told this couldn’t be done because it was now on a gift card.

That left me effectively tied to Currys, so I ended up having to drive from Telford to Wolverhampton in rush-hour traffic to collect the TV from another branch.

To make matters worse, I was only told afterwards that I could have returned the original online order for free. Had that been explained before the refund was converted into a gift card, that is what I would have done.

This whole situation could have been avoided by simply checking stock before converting my refund into store credit and properly explaining my return options first.

Very disappointing experience.

Wrong color dishwasher loaded into car, realized when I got home very unhelpful on phone had to go back to shop to replace it myself no recompense for my time or fuel, curry’s not what it used to be.

We were delivered a damaged dryer. The system is far too complicated to report or resolve the issue over the phone or online.

Click and collect was really quick had it within the hour and staff at the store were very friendly and helpful
