Very helpful store operative, Jaanui, both items i wanted were in stock, delivered in time frame next day, perfect.

Have been misleaded by store assistant in terms of purchasing an item by using Creation Finance. I've got £5000 in credit on Creation platform and store assistant has told me that I can't use it for some unknown reason so I'd rather pay my purchase in one instalment by using my debit card...
Next day I've contacted Creation and their representative have confirmed that my Creation Credit was free for usage....shame!

I purchased a laptop for 750 pounds I tried to return the laptop because it was faulty I had to spend an hour waiting for them to check the fault they then refused to refund me. they were incredibly rude there is a known issue with the laptop where it does not come back on after going to sleep and needs to be rebooted this particular model has this issue and people have commented online frequently yet they refuse to acknowledge there was a fault I called the helpline and I was told I should just go there and say I changed my mind the stuff was so rude calling my questions aggression before asking me to leave there is no way else I can get a refund.

My partner and I had an absolutely wonderful experience thanks to Maiher! He went above and beyond to help us find the perfect TV for our needs, and we genuinely couldn’t have asked for better customer service.

Maiher was incredibly knowledgeable about the different TV brands and models, taking the time to explain their features, differences, and advantages in a way that was easy to understand. Rather than simply recommending the most expensive option, he really listened to what we were looking for and helped us make a much more informed decision.

What impressed us most was how thorough and thoughtful he was throughout the entire experience. He even brought up additional considerations we hadn’t initially thought about, such as the different types of wall mounts and how these might affect our setup at home. It was clear that he genuinely wanted us to make the right purchase rather than simply make a sale.

He was exceptionally patient, friendly, approachable, and professional, never once making us feel rushed or pressured despite the many questions we had. His enthusiasm, expertise, and willingness to explain everything in detail made what could have been an overwhelming decision so much easier and more enjoyable.

It’s rare to come across someone who combines such excellent product knowledge with genuinely outstanding customer service. Maiher is an absolute credit to the team, and we hope his hard work and dedication are recognised!

I rang and was told there’s an ‘issue’ with staff at depot and I have to wait 24-48
Hours then they will call to rearrange !

Excellent customer service from Currys in Slough.

I visited the store to exchange a faulty microwave and was impressed by how polite and professional the team were from the moment I arrived. I would especially like to thank Salma, who was absolutely brilliant.

She was professional, efficient and genuinely listened to my problem. She dealt with the exchange quickly and smoothly, and I left the store with a working microwave and a very positive experience.

A big thank you to Salma and the whole Currys team in Slough. Excellent service and a very happy customer. I would definitely recommend them.

I was helped by Hamza, and he was very helpful, I told him what I was looking for and he went to the back and found it for me. He has previously helped mepurchase a phone from curry's.

The customer service is poor and the staff seem to intentionally avoid you. They are rude and have no knowledge of their own products. Very bad experience.

We have no lift but Mark and Gurdev took our fridge to the 2 floor and delivered it with no complaints. Top guys!

I visited the Currys store in Slough where a member of staff verbally informed me that purchasing a Dell XPS laptop would qualify me for £250 cashback. This was presented as a genuine offer I thought.

After leaving the store, I went online to verify the details of this cashback promotion — checking both Dell’s official website and Currys’ own promotional information — and found no evidence that such an offer exists. There were no terms, no conditions, and no mention of any cashback on Dell XPS laptops anywhere.

I returned to the store to raise this concern, but staff were unable to provide any proof or documentation to support the claim they had made. They could not direct me to any official source for the offer, nor explain why customers were being told about a promotion that does not exist.

This is unacceptable. Customers rely on staff to provide accurate information, especially when it involves financial incentives. Making verbal claims about a non‑existent cashback offer is misleading, wastes customers’ time, and damages trust in the retailer.

I expect Currys to investigate how staff were allowed to promote an offer that cannot be verified, provide a clear explanation, and ensure that employees are properly trained to avoid giving customers incorrect information in the future.

To add insult to injury, they had taken £350 off the device that I had purchased merely 12 days ago.
