Quick delivery, however the packaging has a split which is annoying as it’s a Birthday present. Hopefully the product will be ok but haven’t given it to my grandson yet.

When I purchased my washing machine, I was assured by the sales assistant that I had paid for recycling and removal of my old appliance. It was only when I got home and read the paperwork that this wasn't the case ! After returning back to the New Malden store ( another one hour roundtrip!), the chap at the support counter rectified the previous oversight, and in the end all was well !! The Installation Guys were great, a and were pleasant and efficient in their work.

Although short staffed after a wait the assistant was extremely helpful and answered all my questions. Was not pushy and only asked once if I wanted the extra warranty.
Delivery was excellent, cheerful and friendly.

I had a horrible experience with shaded up by a sales representative telling me that I wasn’t able to collect my item because I didn’t have the bank card even though I had Photo ID and I had the verbal number of the card. Everything says my name my address confirming with my license and this guy took the opportunity to relieve his stress on me. I will never return back which is an absolute shame because I used to get all my white goods and my children’s gaming stuff for my TVs in fact anything electrical really well you have now lost a customer

Blocking of my email by Currys corporate headquarters after failure to respond to complaint regarding a faulty installation of an inbuilt microwave. I have paid for the repair myself and I am proceeding with a claim at Kingston county court for breach of contract. This is the WORSE Corporation l have ever experienced with regard to Customer Service. Unbelievable that there is no model to address poor installation. All they can provide is replacement of appliances which they don’t make of course. It’s not the staff but a lack of management to provide solutions to address a faulty installations. BEWARE of this company as other options like John Lewis, Amazon and Fenwick have excellent customer support.

Went into the New Malden Store to buy a New Toaster and found just what we wanted and purchased it.

Unfortunately the toaster only toasted on one side, not Currys fault. So next day returned it for a refund as they didn't have another toaster we wanted. The members of staff that we saw were both helpful and made the whole process quick and easy.

Although I am happy with the product, the delivery by Inpost was dreadful. I was emailed to say expect it by Weds 7th but it arrived several days early and was delivered to my neighbour's house (that is clearly not 12A) even though I was in all morning and watched the van arrive. My neighbour reported his bell ringing and the driver leaving the parcel on the doorstep and walking off. Thank goodness he was in to take it in for me. Not impressed at all.

I ordered a smartwatch to pick it up at the store. It was ready within 1 hour of the purchase. At the store, I didn't even wait for more than 3 minutes. 5 star all around. Thank you everybody

I came to have the laptop set up that I had bought from the store. The service was excellent. Larry was patient, helpful and professional. Elizabeth was great at sorting out an issue from the purchase, efficient and understanding. Couldn’t have asked for more.

Waited ages to get a member of staff to help, but there were lots if staff from Sony and other companies chatting and larking about - but were only there for their particular company. The item I wanted was out of stock, so I just took a chance on a cheaper one. Glad to go after what seemed like ages.

Found what I wanted for my son. And the salesman was going the extra mile.
