The tv was delivered next day as promised

Had to wait 10 minutes for an assistant to come to our aid. Not enough staff available to deal with the influx of customers as that time.

We bought an iPhone 17 pro max and was quoted £998. A good price we thought. We agreed to buy and the phone was then passed through 3 different members of staff. In the car on the way hone we decided to look at it. The box was open, no phone charger and no little leaflets. Very strange we thought. We had to charge the phone as no charge, again unusual. Switched the phone on and it was all set up as IPhone Demo! We couldn’t use it at all. It was ex demo and second hand. We went back the following day, 70 mile round trip, to get told sorry and the phone is actually £1099 but as a gesture would charge £998. That’s what we were told it was the day before. No compensation or reimbursement of fuel costs, time etc . Although the staff were pleasant I don’t feel we have been reimbursed satisfactorily. Very very upset and disappointed with Currys. How can a demo phone be sold as new and not one of the 3 members of staff who served us, notice it??

order was due for collection Monday 28th Sept. still not ready by Wednesday 30th. Went on line - after 30 minutes of repeating information and getting nowhere, was told - we'll email in 24 hours. I said not acceptable - cancel order. Advisor said they couldn't do that. Eventually found the process for cancelling order. Now being asked to phone you to 'discuss further'. Have tried three times. Can't get through to anyone. You are also saying it can take two weeks to process refund. WHY? Today's banking systems make it possible to take payment immediately - so you should refund with same speed.

Would have liked more advice on features especially air fryer.

All went according to plan with delivery and removal. Good friendly helpful crew. Will be happy to use the service again. Only hiccup was i forgot to add recycling to order but rectified by phone and paid the extra but why no receipt form your call centre for this?

This is my third complaint about Curry’s this month. I originally bought a Beko oven as recommended by Which, which didn’t work. Curry’s then gave me a discount of 10% against a new Neff (£1,299), oven but charged me £45 for delivery; this after we had been without an oven for over three weeks!
Now that Neff fitting instructions show without the cosmetic side bars. I have the top of the range Neff N90 oven, I can’t secure it into the kitchen unit because the securing points are blocked by cosmetic side pieces either side of the oven door. Additionally, the cosmetic side bars can’t be removed as they are fixed with a Torx screwdriver.

Poor customer service, the product that I bought did not work

Product was available in store, customer service not the best sometimes when i use this store but it is a busy store so that could be the reason

This product was cheap and cheerful and it’s doing the job for the time being. It does take longer to turn off for some reason I did want a lot more from Currys including a fridge and the TV but Argos gave a better option and then deal.

My order was delivered on the day and on time as agreed. The workmen carried tasks quickly and efficiently .
