Very helpful young man

I bought a new ipad and asked their tech people to swap my old icloud photos to my new ipad. This ipad had stopped working so this was magical. He then asked if I wanted to merge to my new icloud and after alot of tech frustration this was done. Magical again....I will always go to Curries to buy tech things as they are so hands on! Excellente

The workers are very responsive, respectful, understanding and very experienced in servering customers.

The staff were very helpful, pleasant and cheerful.

My elderly mother paid cash in store for an item the assistant who then did a gift card to order it online But unbeknown to us he had put wrong house number down. So, when it wasn`t delivered tried the chat app totally useless said got to the store IT was ordered online because none in store. Just cut me off not good for paying customers. I then looked at the email receipt and noticed it had wrong house number on, I then had to get my confused mother to go to the house where it had been delivered hrs ago I doubt very much she would have got it back if she`d not gone looking. Curry`s don`t have an email address to contact them but they can email me. Staff and service not good. This was all stressful for my elderly mother

Staff were very helpful in ordering item out of stock and also with processing another item in store. Delivery on item was next day. Gift cards redeemed on order

The young man jamie 72 was very helpful and had a lovely way with him he was very informed about product he was selling well do e to him

Worst experience purchasing an electrical item of my life. Ordered expensive soup maker with 5ys cover for £210 to collect from store as home delivery was not an option. Got message to collect. Drove 35miles round trip to town to collect. Arrived at store to be told I couldn't collect as "systems are down". Drove all way home. Presumably paying a CEO £6m a year unfortunately doesn't get you anyone who knows anything about IT and emails as otherwise they would
email you in a system failure so you don't waste your time. Maybe the new CEO will fair better, unfortunately not with my money any more though. Never again.

Currys are always brilliant, on this occasion i purchased a laptop that wasn't compatible with what we required. I took the laptop back and the staff were lovely!! They helped me choose the correct machine for what i needed. The girl was great and the machine i ended up buying was cheaper and came with a charger!!

Bought an item online and requested to be collected from store.

Before purchasing i checked if if any issues i could return to store and was told this is fine. This was an lie!

Got item home and its freezes and turns off after 20mins or so.

Went to take back to store and got refused as it wouldn't show fault for them.

Rude and miserable staff and a jumped up manager who just helpful as the other staff member.

No have to return and wait 7-14 working days for s refund!

I purchased a iPhone 18 pro on Monday 14 September 2026 from crown point Leeds what I explained to a member off staff I wanted to collect in store on Friday 18 when it’s available as me and my wife are working as I can collect after 4pm after work before the store closed he agreed and said I will receive a message on my phone when the phone arrives in store ready to be picked up later to realise on the receipt it’s getting delivered to my home address I travelled to the store to explain the situation and received no help from management saying it’s getting delivered and they can’t help and given me a customer service number that tried offering me a £20 voucher for my unacceptable experience for my 45 minutes travelling to the store and back and having to take time off from work that I can’t afford so I can be there for my package as it’s a present that needs to be given on the day

Excellent service and very quick delivery by a polite driver

Spoke to Vince who helped us make an informed choice. had the product we wanted in stock, made the process very easy

Went to get a washer from curry’s but after the staff (Vince) explained the deals and the money we would save we got a washer, dryer and 5 years cover cover for both . Saved us hundreds. Would recommend the store at crown point Leeds staff friendly,helpful and not pushy.
