Very bad service received from currys Kettering.I bought a HP printer from currys on 30/09/26 and received 2 pin charger instead of original HP Printer charger.next day morning I went to the currys and they told me that they mistakenly given me the 2 pin charger and scanned to give me logik charger and when I asked about the HP charger, staff told they lost the original charger somehow.
When buying a printer from the currys ,staffs are not even telling about the parts being missed and giving another brand charger and saying it’s compatible .I returned the product .

Visited the Kettering store today, when we needed some last minute support.
Ben, in the PC section, was extremely helpful in locating the correct laptop charger and allowing to be checked that it was working before purchasing. This was an essential requirement to ensure that our son, who was flying back from overseas, would be able to work the next day before travelling back up North as he'd left his cable at home.

The service was good

The products themselves came in perfect condition and exactly what I wanted, but then once I tried to return something (only because I changed my mind it didn’t have any issues) the process was filled with issues making it quite difficult. I wanted to return a 32” TV and their website identifies TVs under 43” as small objects and says you should bring small objects into your nearest store to return them. But when I went into the store I was told I can’t return it there because their policy was that it has to be collected even after I’d mentioned it was 32” not 43”, the employee then started filling out some information for a collection form but I then later received an email saying they couldn’t process the form because they didn’t have enough information. The only way to fill out a collection form online is for large items which clearly states TVs over 43” and I then proceeded to try and fill out another form online but when selecting what the item was there was no options for TVs under 43”. Luckily once I revisited the store a more helpful employee got the manager and they were able to process an in store return. But their everyday customer service is unhelpful and their return process can take longer due to that.

Laptop stopped working after being 3 months old I put in for repair and they accused me of spilling liquid on it which I never.
I got an independent report which showed a fault on motherboard no sign of liquid damage . Spoke to customer services and they did not want to know and put phone down. I paid £749
