Love the products would of give 5 stars but the wait to get served is not that great

Very helpful never put under any pressure to purchase staff member extremely helpful & very knowledgeable

I was served by a friendly, knowledgeable staff member, who asked intelligent questions and guided me towards the best item choice for my needs, without my feeling pressured in any way. I also feel I got great value for money, and honestly cannot fault Currys in any way - I will happily return there for my next electronics or household purchase.

Was served by a young lady dont know her name but she was very friendly and helpful.

What's not to like.

The young man that served me (sorry forgot his name)was brilliant finding that what I wanted wasn't readily available took time to find an alternative which I'm very pleased with and offered to help take it to my car which wasn't needed but a kind and thoughtful offer anyway

Easy to order, in stock, good help with pickup.

We purchased a new Iphone 17 at the Grimsby branch, Alexandra helped us set it up as we are old foggies, she was absolutely brilliant and patient personified. We even traded in our old iphone. She is a great credit to Currys.

Quick, efficient and knowledgeable

Andy from the Grimsby branch was excellent in explaining about fridge/freezers. I wanted to buy one to put in my shed as an extra. He explained there were only certain makes that were suitable to go in a shed because of temperature drops. I had not realised this and I'm very thankful Andy had explained this to me. If he hadn't l would have bought a make that would not have been guaranteed under the insurance cover. Many thanks Andy for your patience in dealing with me 🙂

i recently broke my macbook screen and i thought the only logical place to go thats close to me was currys i sent my macbook off my only dislike is the time and the lack of communication it would give me an update then leave me in the blue for a few days the track it website they use just doesnt work and they wont bother to fix it however ringing support they was very calm and told me everyhtinf i need to know and when i would be expecting a message about my macbook after they chexked it they message u asking u to call them which i find really helpful instead of just calling me when i could be busy also the price was amazing as i thoight i would be oaying hundreds more i would use currys again

Operator 45 - Claudine, at the Grimsby branch of Currys, was very helpful in helping me to choose a new washing machine. She explained the benefits of taking out the Care Service Insurance which I was happy to pay for.

We went to Curry's in Grimsby to buy a new dishwasher. We were met by a sales assistant (Andrew) who seemed very knowledgeable on the items and was helpful and friendly. He advised us on the different ways to purchase the item and compared products for us.
