It was so easy to shop online, the delivery was on timeand the delivery drivers were polite friendly and helpful.

We are very happy with the customer service we got at Curry's they were very helpful and we got what we wanted with the staff's help

It would have been 5 stars but i had a lot if trouble paying on the website. It needed a code put in but when i got the code and went to enter it the currys page had closed itself. Other than the payment problem the rest of the service was great i needed a phone quickly and ordered in the middle of the night and was able to pick it up next day.

Went to view a Hisense tv none on display,bought one anyway had to come back the next day to collect it all the staff were very busy as it was a Monday expected the place to be a little more accommodating once served and assisted with the loading drove away reasonably satisfied

Very professional and polite member off staff that i spoke to, he did say it was his first day of work there so well done him
Just to say also the delivery guy's called ahead of delivery and arrived on time..both were polite

Staff are friendly and helpful when you can find someone, had to ask around for help but when they came they were professional and soon dealt with us.

The service was fantastic and the products even better

Had to wait for another member of staff, not very good for curry's, it took about 25 minutes to. But got there in the end, don't go back on Saturday or Sunday. Not enough staff on.....

Very helpful assistant, explained everything clearly and did the order for us. Also explained how what options of cover. Delivered and installed 3 days after by the two people who very helpful and polite. Also explained how it worked.

Exceptional customer service from Marjorie

We visited Currys in Grantham on 28/09/26 to purchase a microwave for our new home. The store was clean, tidy and well stocked, and overall it was a pleasant experience.

There was one area near the tills that appeared to be cordoned off or undergoing some work. Unfortunately, it wasn't particularly clear that we couldn't pass through this area, so we ended up walking from the customer lift towards what we thought was the till area, only to reach a dead end and have to double back.

We were using the lift because my boyfriend had recently been discharged from hospital following an operation, so having to walk back on ourselves was particularly inconvenient. Some clearer signage around the temporary obstruction would definitely have helped customers, particularly anyone with mobility issues.

However, once we reached the till, our experience was completely turned around by Marjorie. She was incredibly friendly, helpful and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure we received excellent service. She noticed my boyfriend's bandages and immediately offered to help us carry the microwave out to the car, which was incredibly thoughtful.

Marjorie was an absolute pleasure to deal with. She was warm, friendly and lovely to chat to, and her customer service really stood out. It's clear that she genuinely cares about helping customers and making their experience a positive one.

A huge thank you to Marjorie for going above and beyond — she is a real credit to Currys. Please pass on our thanks to her!

I believe that there is room for improvement in your customer service standards. When I declined the insurance, N discarded the leaflet in an abrupt manner, and when my card was initially declined by the terminal, N and W reacted as if I had committed a wrongdoing. Fortunately, we were able to resolve the payment issue using our banking application while in their presence, though the staff maintained a similar attitude toward another customer who brought in a washing machine; it felt as though if you do not purchase the insurance, you are not considered a valued customer. What they do not know is that I have already spent thousands in the same store on items such as a washing machine, dryer, fridge, plasma TV, coffee machine, computers, and laptops. Never again.

The service I had from one of the staff namely Will was above and beyond, he was very helpful and knowledgeable,and extremely patient. Very pleased.

Very helpful and polite

I went into the Grantham store with the intention of buying a laptop. There was a dearth of staff, just 1 person around and he said I will get someone to help.

Over half an hour later, still no one turned up to help me, so I walked out in disgust.

It would seem Curry’s are focusing on their online business rather than the shop.

In the end I did buy a laptop, just not from a Curry’s store.

Always receive great service. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable.
