The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient

Great price, customer service was good, ordering online for collection was easy, informed when practicing was ready, goods assisted to car. Staff helped put it into car and even gave advice for fitting.

Sold us the wrong plug for tablet. No smiles , no greeting and waited ages to be served even though it was not busy . Very disappointing !

What l was after was in store. I could pay for it and take it.

I was ordering a t.v for my daughter, she's in Glasgow I'm down in Kent. It was super easy to do, it was delivered when they said it would be. Curry's are the best.

We are old fossils and needed to by ear pods for our new mobiles. We knew nothing about ear pods so we needed real help from someone with the knowledge we lacked. Fortunately a young man, Milo, was the person who truly helped us. His knowledge was excellent and he explained what the different ear pods did. We purchased 2 different ear pods as my husband and I needed them for different reasons. Milo helped us both to purchase just the right products. He was friendly, yet professional having excellent knowledge.

It was quick and efficient and delivery was on time and Joe & Pete were very helpful.

Order came on time as promised. Very promptly delivered. Driver asked for code I was sent so all very secure

Popped into currys in Folkestone to look at Tablets. We were approached by a male colleague who gave us exceptional customer service. They didn't have the original tablet I wanted, but the member of staff went out of his way to check stock and find alternatives that were suitable. He also helped us with the purchase of 2 smart watches, again not just looking at what we wanted but also what was available. His customer service was exceptional, which resulted In us purchasing 3 high value items. Best customer service experience i have had in a long time. I hope currys recognise and reward staff that give such high quality service.

Bought a JVC smart TV for my daughters Uni accommodation, Removed carefully from box and noticed some damage to the screen and when switching on the LCD was damaged. Repackaged and returned with receipt only to be told the damage hasn’t happened at curry’s as TV’s are packaged in such a way that the packaging protects the TV from damage. Refused to refund or replace. Told me to try a local TV repair shop. Shocking service

Folkestone branch was very helpful , great service .. Way Way better than our local Thanet Branch !!!!!!

A dishwsher was installed yesterday...every time it's turned on it fuses the house.
This is a severe safety issue.
I have spent the whole day trying to get the engineer back.
Sick of going round in circles with bots- agents or any orher useless service curry provides.
Sick of being parmed off. I reject this as faulty and they need to refund or deliver a new version.. and I am not prepareed to wait weeks/ months for this to happen. Purchased folkestone Kent in store just as bad as bots for service.
NEVER EVER WIll I buy from Curry's again.. it seems they don't care about that either !!!!!

Helpful staff. Quick service and polite.

The member of staff that helped us with our purchase was very knowledgeable and gave us the precise information that we needed to make our purchase decision. He was very helpful and attentive and gave honest reviews of the products we were considering.

The young lady that assisted us was helpful and talked us through the different dishwasher and airfryers available. Several delivery date’s available so we were able to sort out the mist convenient for us. We also paid for fitting and disposal of the old machine which is very convenient and saves us the hassle.

Staff are very friendly and will to be on hand to help when needed great service

Currys service, ordered online very easy, and my TV was delivered the next day at a stated time, which was emailed to me, very promptly.
10/10 for currys, excellent service and value for money.

Purchased a bosch fridge freezer i paid cash in full payment, not one thank you, and cash was spread out on the front desk for counting,I felt like a criminal,cash was counted once then a second time incorrectly,just a little common courtesy would of been nice.not a great experience.
