Bought a heat pump tumble dryer to help me produce crease free and allergy free laundry. Absolutely amazed how well this removes cat dander. My puffy pillow eyes have vaniahed in 2 sleeps.

Edward was very helpful and knowledgeable. He helped us find the exact type of product we wanted for our printing needs and was very friendly and gave us the best deal whilst also still supporting his trainee. The staff were all very chatty and we enjoyed our trip to Currys to get a decent printer! Brilliant customer service, could not rate the staff higher.

Very happy with my Logic washing machine .Good delivery ,on time and the delivery guys were very nice and gave me instructions for the washer .Very happy with my purchase.

I needed info reference portable CD players. Nathanial, Curry’s Exeter, could not have been more helpful. Patient (l’m old, he had to be), very, very knowledgeable and excellent at making sure I understood all that he was telling me. My advice to Curry’s Exeter, KEEP THIS MAN. You now have staff who are looking to assist you rather than your old way of putting people on a list and waiting for a slot, which was very annoying.
I actually enjoyed my purchase and the assistant SAM, who helped me, was very knowledgeable, helpful, kind and listened to what I needed, she is a definite asset to curry's.

Very easy experience, went in looked at the available product in store. Got approached by a sales assistant who offered help. We sat down and the a assistant Christopher went through all our options and suggested the best appliance for our needs. He was very nice knowledgeable and really helpful.

I purchased a new Lenovo laptop and paid for it and was told that it would take 2-3 days for it to be set up for which I paid for. I was told that I would be contacted as soon as set up was complete which would take no more than a maximum of 3 days. After numerous phone calls on day 4 to a central call centre which got me nowhere. I visited the store but the guy there couldn't initially tell me if the set up had been done as no notes had been left. At that stage no apologies were offered and the guy also had to check what had happened to the charger and batteries that I had purchased with the laptop and left with Currys as part of the package. He had to defer to his manager and check CCTV and after approx half an hour conceded that I was right and only then offered what I felt was a half hearted apology. So not a good experience and one I hope not to repeat.

A very easy proocess selecting and paying for my purchases. Many thanks to the very helpful and pleasant young man called Nathaniel for his care and attention.

Excellent knowledge and information

Very easy to order and get a delivery time to suit. Able to follow the link to see when the delivery was due. The delivery was on time and very efficiently set up and the old machine taken away.

Then I need to speak to a manager but just walked over to an assistant
Borg looked at me then he came back said are you sure you didn’t get the wrong item
Asked again for a refund told
Oh I need to speak to another manager
20 minutes later got a refund no apology
