Currys - Durham Reviews 

Awful, experience with warranty. The staff that put my tv on the wall left x3 holes as they kept getting it wrong!. Complained to Currys meant ongoing emails.
Currys case handler expects me to submit x2 quotes then im supposed to get the work done by the cheapest quote then put my claim in! And they will then consider my claim.

I bought a hp printer which was supposed to have a free pack of paper with it and I had to pay for it
Which I did not realise till I got home

Very helpful and not at all pushy. Offered me add ons and when I decided against, the salesperson accepted that and didnt push. I respect that. They stuck to my budget and didnt try upsell me out of that bracket. Perfect 😃

Staff member Sharon, was very helpful with product options, as i needed to purchase a few items she was helpful in showing me where and what i was looking for in store, which saved me a bit of time , all round good service all the way through my purchases, definitely a 10/10 . Thankyou

Distasteful experience. Went to buy a printer. The girl who was sent to serve us seemed the least interested in serving us and she appeared so tired that she was yawning much more than our questions. She didn't know anything about the printers and when we enquired about a specific printer she told us to look at the website as it is quicker than her computer. Will not be going back there anymore . Ended up buying elsewhere. Currys your loss.

I’ve bought a lot of electrical products from Curry’s over the years and I’ve always been more than happy with the service.

Customer service is what makes Curry's so attractive to customers.Advice,pointing into the right direction,recommendations,educating,finance options are all there in the Curry's melting pot.And in my case using a Creation acct allow's me to spend on a BNPL deal which suits my budget eveery time

I would give less than 1 star but it will only allow one. I was scammed and the police said Currys should refund me as I still have useless goods. They wont take gift cards back and the assistant at Dragonville, Durham was very unpleasant. I am 74 and left the store in tears because of his attitude. I have a crime no. but he wouldn't listen. This has affected me mentally and None of my family or I will ever buy here again WARNING TO ALL DO NOT BUY GOODS HERE

Stephen the staff member was excellent knowledgeable and most pleasant. However the sub contractor staff who delivered the freezer had no idea how to reverse the door for which we had paid £40 ( since reimbursed). In addition had no knowledge as to where it ought to be located in the garage to ensure efficiency etc. I do think Currys should offer training to subcontractors responsible for deliveries
