My item was waiting for me and staff was very nice

Once i had decided which appliance to buy, a member of staff was there to help and the transaction was completed quickly.

This is what I’m talking about. I raise an issue with the retailer and have no help or communication back. I make a complaint and voice my concerns about the company and the after care. Curry’s replied to my complaint on trust pilot and immediately asked me for all correspondence and will get back to me within 24 hours. I did what they asked and I’m still waiting a week later. No response so no help as expected. Do not rely on help when things are not substandard and need assistance. Worst customer service from main retailer.

good price for the product, quick service on collection

Item we required was the price we were looking for and in stock. However we did need to search around for an assistant to get the item.

I found perhaps a shortage of staff. Waited over half an hour for somebody to appear behind the counter! Only appeared after I called out to see if anyone was working there.
Same when actually purchasing item. You have to look for sales person. Got item home only to discover a bracket was needed different to what we already had. A pity it wasn’t mentioned by sales person. Purchased it on Amazon later.
Talking to girlfriends, it appears they don’t use Curry’s anymore they use AO. Which I think we will do in future for ourselves and five rentals we have. I suggest you retrain staff or give them some sort of incentive.

My delivery arrived right on time today (2nd October 2026 at around 11:15 AM). The delivery team was fantastic—very cheerful, polite, and kept me updated every step of the way. They installed the machine perfectly and took great care with the setup.
I was in the middle of an online lesson while they were working, and I really appreciated how understanding and professional they were about it. I unfortunately didn't catch their names, but thank you both so much for your hard work and professionalism.

Easy pick up

Beverly was extremely knowledgeable about the product I wanted and her customer service was brilliant. I only gave it a 4 star due to waiting around and other staff members at that time not knowing much about the product I wanted hence why I had to wait for someone who did.

Order ready for collection within minutes of ordering.

I wish to say that the service I received during my visit at Purley Way Curry’s was outstanding. The customer advisor took the time and had the patience to make sure I found the right item I was interested in purchasing. I was very happy with the service.

Very disappointed haven't got my product yet paid for delivery slot still did not deliver they said on the phone that they are going to deliver on Sunday misleading information on the phone and I am still waiting for a response

The £400 equipment i ordered where delkvered bu DPD where the rubbish bozes for throwknf were. Now not refunding my equipment.
