I am a repeat customer of Curry’s as always find it so easy to navigate so this little hairdryer was a no brainier. Very light and pretty quiet.

the parcel was due to be delivered to clacton on 3rd October. no notification to let me know that parcelhad arrived. Phoned call centre on the 5th where a nice gentleman checked it out, it appeared that it was delivered on the 3rd.
THIS WOULD HAVE ALL BEEN UNNECESSARY IF I HAD RECEIVED NOTIFICATION THAT PARCEL HAD ARRIVED

I have an issue with my washing machine and visited the Clacton-On-Sea store for help. Sally took all my details and spent a lot of time on the phone to the manufacturer to arrange a visit. Sally had to do this twice as I had some difficulty in locating the serial number. She had to call me back to get it. If not for Sally, I'd have been in a pickle. Good old fashioned customer service. Thank you Sally

The lady who served me was polite informative very very helpful. You cannot put a price on that as it’s very rare these days.

Your colleague who helped and advised me regarding purchasing a hoover was no biased and very helpful.

Firstly I visited to get new iPhone 18pro max case and screen protector. Couldn’t find anybody to help. Then I found someone who passed me over to a younger person to finish the process. They talked me into a tailor made screen protector at the cost of £44. The fitting was awful it didn’t fit properly. There was a gap down the side. Within two days it had chipped and I hadn’t dropped the phone or anything. I can fit the screen protectors better.

David is always a fountain of knowledge and always polite and professional. David is a credit to the company. I visited the store 5 times last week because I want him to serve me. He takes more care of the customers than some of the others.

Very helpful staff, exchange of faulty printer went very easily.

Took 1&1/2 hours to buy a showroom tv
Walked out with a broken remote. No manual as the printer didnt work. If I didn't have another appointment i would have canceled the deal, but that would have taken even longer.

They tried to charge me for a product I never got.

The assistant who dealt with our purchase was first class and a credit to Currys. He told us he was 18 yrs old and had only worked there for 4 months. I would employ him any time. He knew his stuff and could not do enough for us.

I went into curry’s clacton for the latest phone I was serve properly and very polite but you staff very helpful and more than happy to help me with my order fabulous

Went to currys recently to buy a robot wash n dry over the moon with this product well worth every penny takes a lot of stress fromme aside very busy the robot hoover was around £340 but that is good price because I'm happy .the staff in clacton were very helpful and polite and patient with me .I would recommend going there .delivery was free and fast .
