What was also great was to be able to see the products before purchasing as opposed to other retailers who refer you to their online shopping site.

Not a very good experience at Currys Chingford this morning, it's a massive store but today they had just one person on the shop floor serving customers,I'd gone down there to purchase a TV set.
After waiting 15 minutes for a sales person I was told they none of the model I wanted wein stock,upon checking he found there were two in stock at the nearby Enfield branch,I agreed to pay for it there and then in case the Enfield branch sold out as well...The set is advertised at £179 as I was about to enter my pin into the machine to pay for it the price had increased to £199 ...Upon me telling the sales person the error he checked the price on the TV and confirmed the price but wouldn't reduce it,I believe this is against the law ,I refused to pay and left the store...
I'd like some comm from Curry's on this matter

Very disappointed with the customer…
Very disappointed with the customer service I received at Currys by staff Ramandeep was extremely unhelpful and seemed unable to deal with a straightforward Care Plan issue.
First, she could not find my Care Plan/policy. Then, when I provided the information, she struggled to read and understand the details of what I had purchased and where it was purchased. I had to explain the situation repeatedly instead of receiving proper assistance.
The whole experience was frustrating and time-consuming. I expected a much more professional and competent level of customer service, especially as I have been paying for a Care Plan.
I hope Currys management looks into this experience and provides better training to staff. Customers should not have to fight to get basic help with a policy they are paying for.

Machine not leveled.
I purchased a washing machine and paid for it to be installed and leveled. It was not leveled. The service I paid for was NOT delivered. It has been all but impossible to complain about a service. Hence this review. Maybe they will contact me to sort this out?
I am trying not to use my washing machine because it will damage/destroy the bearings. The machine is not at fault. The installation service is.
