the staff member that dealt with me, was very quick, efficient and a very helpful staff member. I ordered what I wanted with next day delivery, no issues. Im a very impatient person so the fact that this guy didn't leave me hanging about was brilliant. He was on the ball with everything and a very lovely young chap :) keep up the good work

We were very disappointed when collecting our item.we were asked to wait they would be with us in 10 minutes, 45 minutes later someone arrived. Staff were not very helpful really a total shambles. Customer service is non existence.

Professional staff,keen to help and knew about the products.

Very helpful, listened to what I wanted and didn't try to push a more expensive model with extras that I didn't need or wouldn't use.

After some good advice from Johnathan purchased a 32 inch tv after being let down by the care and repair team on my last purchase Johnathan restored my faith in currys.

Currys care and repair total waste of time been without a working cooker for 7 weeks, 2 attempts to repair with a cooker 11 months old no parts available (Beko ) in store staff ( Carmarthen ) have been helpfull but Beko and care and repair call centre's totall waste of time.

He was very professional and friendly and talked us through everything we needed to know.
Got an email to tell us when it was ready to collect. Will and the rest of the staff were also very helpful when we picked it up.

Staff extremely helpful

Everything went perfectly and the fridge is great. I must say the lady that assisted us was friendly and very helpful, she showed us different options to help us make the right choice. Delivery was on time and the boys were a credit to Curry's.

They are not Amazon and their staff are nice in my local branch and the delivery system works well.

The sales lady was very helpful, and patient, she explained everything in great detail, top class. Also delivered and took old T V away, following day. Excellent service.

I bought a TV in dec 25, 8 months later it died. I took it back to store for repair and it came back a week later. All seemed OK but Alexa was not working. After literally hours spent on calls to customer service, the tech help and 3 visits to the store, I have been told it's a manufacturer fault with no fix at present and I will just have to wait for them to find a fix. All of this despite having a care plan in place which says if it can't be repaired in 7 days they will replace or refund. Neither has happened. Currys are in clear beach of consumer rights act and I said to the store manger "so what youre telling me is its tought sh*t" to which he said "yes, I cant do anything unless the customer service department mark it as a write off on the system". Absolutely disgusted with Currys attitude and the customer service is nonexistent. A formal complaint has been raised and no response has been received. Next step is Ombudsman. If you want reliable products and great customer service, go somewhere else because you won't get it at Currys

The sales assistant (Daniel in the Carmarthen store) was very helpful, clearly knowledgeable and spoke to us in plain terms which we could understand. There was no psychobabble or use of abbreviation's, just simple english, which made the whole purchase experience easy.

We bought a washing machine and tumble dryer from Carmarthen store. were served by Lorraine,she was very helpful and knowledgeable, delivery men were very helpful and polite too.
