Great service from Bob and the team when purchasing a new TV. Very helping and informative staff, could help you enough.

Very good service had lovely staff member called Paul. He took his time to help with what we needed went on line showed us what we asked for told us all we needed to know. Plus delivery is quick and we took out service plan which is very good cheaper than what I had been paying before I stopped it great.

Not a lot, just love currys, their products, the staff are fabulous, very helpful and good with advice, and i like the quickness of delivery. Well done Currys

Visited the store tonight as at wits end trying to return a faulty toaster that was too hard for the online team & DPD that's taken since Thursday to resolve with no success

Server wasn't particularly keen or helpful.
As a disabled customer with a reasonably heavy item to collect no assistance was offered either to collect or recycle old item.
Not an over friendly environment.

AS usual I found Oliver, one of the sales representatives very helpful and polite. I have used Currys for many many years when purchasing electrical equipment ranging from Computers to Washing Machines. Everything went very smoothly and the Fridge Freezer was delivered the next day as promised. The delivery men were very helpful also. I cannot praise enough the staff in the store and the variety of equipment one can purchase from Currys.

Was told a delivery date when orderimg and now it still hasnt arrived. Poinyless telling customers a date for delivery and not delivering. Disgusted with the service.

Faulr with TV, Currys refused to look at it or return. Staff blamed me as the customer sayinf it was my fault anf to contact the Samsung the manufacturer.

Just had Steve and Ossian deliver a cooker for me first class service, they carried up 2 flights of stairs as no lift very professional and friendly 10 out of 10 for both of them.

Went looking for TV for my elderly mother and was helped by an extremely knowledgeable and helpful assistant Ian (red hair/tall) . His knowledge of TVs and their operating systems was incredible. He was able to advise on best options , i.e. easy to use, TVs for my mum. He took time to discuss a range of options and helped me select the most suitable. I definitely recommend that you ask for Ian if shopping for a TV. WELL DONE and THANK YOU

The staff member who handled our payment process was extremely rude and unprofessional. Her attitude and manner of communication were very unpleasant, which made the experience uncomfortable and disappointing. I believe customers should be treated with respect and courtesy at all times.
