I had a faulty Shark vacuum cleaner that was only 10 months old. It would intermittently start for a few second the immediately stop the wouldn’t start again, took it back to a Curry’s main outlet in Bracknell & it was replaced immediately with a new one of the same model. Brilliant service, I’m one very pleased & happy customer. Keep it up Curry’s, well done & thank you staff.

The salesman listened to our thoughts and explained other options for us to consider, ended up spending less than our budget.

Leading price and delivery on 2nd Day by DPD (not the dash and run company we all know and hate)

I was very satisfied with the customer service provided. The lady was very supportive and friendly, and very focused on understanding our circumstances. She showed us multiple options and discounts. Terrible 😞 I'm not used it yet have not received it yet the 28th today ridiculous

Bought a laptop advertised as 16GB RAM, only to find both slots occupied with 2x8GB, making a simple upgrade impossible. In-store staff were helpful but they actually know nothing about the item they sale inside. The machine was choked with bloatware, hitting 85%+ RAM usage right out of the box.

​Had to spend extra at an independent specialist to fix their sneaky setup. Terrible experience for tech buyers. Avoid Currys for computers.

I ordered an iPhone on Currys online on 11th September (Order number: CUR2681403111).

The ordering process went smoothly, and I received a "Ready to collect" email the next day, so I went to the store. However, I was told the iPhone was out of stock and could not be handed over. They simply asked me to cancel and request a refund.

When I asked why my order was accepted and marked as "Ready to collect" if it was actually out of stock, staff merely said they didn't know, showing a complete lack of sincerity.

I subsequently wrote a letter to Currys asking for an immediate refund, but I have received no response, and more than 10 days later, I still have not been refunded.

I demand an immediate apology and a full refund.

After I posted this review, Currys contacted me the following day asking for my order number and address, which I provided. However, it's been two days since then with no update or refund. Usually, a refund takes about 2 to 3 days, so I don't understand why it hasn't been processed even after 2 weeks since I requested refund. They still have my £999.

**Update:**

After reaching out to Currys via X (formerly Twitter), I received the following response:

> "Thank you for your patience. I can now confirm that the refund has been initiated from our end and will be credited back to your original method of payment within 3 to 5 working days.
> Thank you for your understanding and apologise for any inconvenience caused.
> Thanks - KD"

I submitted my initial refund request back on September 12th, so I fail to understand why I have to wait another 3 to 5 working days. I have no choice but to call this level of service completely dishonest and unacceptable.

**Update:**
Since Currys has still failed to process my £999 refund, I have now formally raised a Section 75 claim and dispute directly through American Express.

Great service! We were served by Adarsh in Bracknell. He was very knowledgeable and really looked after us during our time choosing. He really knows about washing machines! Thanks so much.

& assisted to our vehicle, great service, thank you

Robert and hassen were very nice and delivered my machine perfectly

The man that came out to repair my dish washer was very good
polite and repaired my machine with no problems cleared up after himself when he had finished the job

Excellent customer service. It was straightforward to choose which item to purchase because everything was explained clearly and honestly.

I went to the Bracknell branch, where I was assisted by Sam. He was very knowledgeable and provided me with excellent advice and great customer service, so I ended up just purchasing everything I needed, in this store.

Friendly staff surpport. Price was competitive.

I had bought a laptop from Back Market but it came not as expected. It was great that I could walk into the the shop to buy what i wanted
