Excellent service from the team member that sorted our collection.Very polite and helpful

It was important that I could look at the choice of washing machines and it was a real bonus that I could actually take the machine home.Much preferred to looking online.
The staff were very helpful and polite, and we're able to answer my questions.

I found the product I wanted by browsing online. A plug & play Neff Induction Hob. Currys had one in stock but for various reasons I could not order online. I therefore drove to the store and purchased it over the counter. The staff made that transaction very easy. The sales person even carried the item to my car.

Ever since I have been a customer at Currys, the Team has been helpful to my encounters with computer problems. ( Bournemouth Team Mallard Road) The KNOW HOW TEAM

Carys, the assistant who dealt with our purchase in the Bournemouth store, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She went the extra yard to find out our specific requirements and matched a laptop perfectly. Carys was friendly and had a great deal of product knowledge, she put us at ease and made recommendations on products. Thank you Carys, you are a credit to your company.

I was dealt with quickly and efficiently

I could not “sort out how to “do” the connections” for the tv… SO little information… so stressful… I did say l was not good at technology and was assured by salesman it was easy…. NO

I've seen the TV advert "Beyond Techspectations" the reality is different, almost couldn't be bothered.

Went into the currys store in mallard road to purchase a television. After finding the one I wanted, i approached a member of staff for help. They were busy and radio'd for someone to come over. However I waited around 20 minutes and no one came to help. I could see all the members of staff chatting and laughing with each other. I ended up going onto argos on my phone and purchasing the television I wanted which I could pick up straight away. I done this all while stood in the currys shop. Very disappointed at the zero customer service.

I came in to buy a tumble dryer. I was served by a female member of staff who was very knowledgable about the products on offer. I made a purchase and I am very pleased with the item. She was polite and helpful and I will definitely return to buy further items when required.

Helpful customer service. Alice was extremely helpful transferring data from old phone to new phone. Explained in simple terms.

Excellent service.

The service was excellent from purchase to final delivery. Mark Simon was very friendly but at the same time very professional. Delivery was made within the specified time period and Mark called ahead to let us know that he would be at our destination in 5 minutes, which saved me having to wait around all day. He placed the items (fridge/freezer and tumble dryer) exactly where I wanted them, adjusted the feet to make sure they were standing level and also told us not to switch the fridge freezer on for a few hours to give the gasses time to settle, which I have never been informed to do this on previous fridge/freezers I have purchased so I was actually appreciative of that bit of advice, which makes sense but of which I was not aware of previously. Once Mark was sure we were satisfied he then collected all packaging material and removed it for us. The kitchen was left neat and tidy, you would never even think someone had just delivered and installed large kitchen appliances, except for the beautiful sparkling appliances which took place of the empty gaps in my kitchen. Thank you Mark.

Brilliant helpful and pacient

I came in looking for a new fridge freezer and I wanted a frost free one but the lady who was helping said that they didn't have any and offered me a low frost one which I would have to defrost once a year. And it was in my budget that I had with delivery and also remove of my old one

Smooth service and delivery men very helpful and unpacked my dishwasher. Took away my old one and all the cardboard etc

I purchased a PlayStation controller for my daughter with an additional 3 year no quibble replacement policy.
The controllers have a tendency towards ‘drift’ and sure enough just over its one year guarantee it started drifting & so I took my insurance policy and the product & was instantly given a new one. I thought that might be my policy done, but no! The new one is also covered until the three years is up.
The staff were kind and considerate too.

Delivery next day,good staff
