Great service staff very polite

Good service and helpful but took a while to to find someone

Rebecca helped us find exactly what we wanted: a ceramic, non-induction hob, and a condenser tumble dryer.

We had a lot of good information off the first sales person we asked about the product we wanted to buy...it felt honest. The next day we went in and decided to buy the item, another sales lad was very helpful and friendly, gave us a quick service.

When you shop with Curry's, you're treated like a King. Nothing is too much trouble. but when you step out of those sliding doors... all you have to look forward too is the pain and discomfort that comes with a belly gurgling toilet dash of knowing you've just noshed a right dodgy curry.

The delivery folk, don't follow instructions and turn up on days you're not in (or expecting them). When they get in you're greeted with an annoyingly stomach churning 'CAN'T DO' attitude.

'Can't get the fridge in the kitchen - ill leave it in the living room' (You won't).

'Can't fit the washing machine, your plumbing ain't right' (It was, had a plumber check it).

'We don't drill holes in cupboards' (so why do you offer a fitting service that I pay for?).

I gave up, went to AO, delivered and fitted in 2-days. (Thank you - please).

This is the third balls-up in a row from Curry's. The last one, I took to a formal complaint, which they closed, without resolution.

Im still waiting the return of my funds.... 11-days I've paid, got a lovely email 7-days ago starting that my refund has been raised.... but no sight of the wonga.

Funny thing... you go back into Curry's and all those Kingmakers have turned into 'CAN'T DO' delivery men.

I had a business account. I don't any more... I would sooner spoon a red hot phall in my eyeballs.

Delivery Guys were Brilliant. Took my Old Washing Machine out, New One Out in Minutes. Service was 10/10 Thanks to Dale and Simon.

Store gave us discounts, employees were very helpful and friendly

The person that served us was great, knowledgeable about the product and process, sorted out delivery and old product removal and took payment after describing the aftercare options. The only problem was the wait for someone to be available to serve us and other customers also waiting in the refrigerator section. Maybe employing more staff would be beneficial.

Prompt service .. customer service was also great - TV carried to the car which was helpful and staff member was polite , friendly and knowledgable

Customer service was brilliant. Lovely man looked after me and sorted out what I wanted to buy plus went through everything with me perfectly. Friendly chap, not pushy just great. I find this every time at Curry's and wouldn't hesitate to go again and also to highly recommend.

Jack made our visit to curry’s first class, he was patient, helpful, friendly & where he was unsure of the answer to our questions rather than filibustering, he went and found the answer. A thoroughly helpful young man.

I was going to purchase my item online. However I was at a store near Currys Blackpool so thought I'd pop in and place the order in store, to make life easy!!!
Easy NO! I asked a female staff member if I could order a coffee machine. She certainly gave me the impression she didn't want to get involved, and said I'll find someone. Eventually another assistant arrived and just said what are you wanting? I want to order a coffee machine I said. Which one was the reply. A Sage Bambino Plus I replied. Well that will have to be ordered he said. Yes I know. With a bit of a huff and puff he picked up his tablet and started poking at it. What was it he said? A Sage espresso machine I said. He then got another assistant involved, and after a lengthy amount of muttering between themselves I finally got a "come to the till". After further poking at his pad and a screen on the terminal he managed to change me the wrong price!! In frustration I'd swiped my card and only then noticed I had been overcharged! I pointed it out and asked for a credit back to my card. Can't do that was the reply, you'll have to request it when you pick up your order he said.
I truly got the feeling that by ordering in store, I was nothing but a nuisance, all the staff involved were totally disinterested and gave me the feeling they couldn't care less!!!
On the plus side however my item arrived on the predicted day and I was looked after by a helpful staff member called Andy who also processed my refund. It did seem to take an age to process the refund though, (lots more poking at screens), but all achieved in the end.

Obviously I have made several purchases at Currys over the years, usually I would give 3 or 4 stars. On this occasion I can only award 2, and that's only because of Andy showing a bit of sympathy on collection. Otherwise it would only be 1 star!

A good selection of appliances so you can actually open say ,the oven door and see the difference of manufacturers . The sales person who took our order was extremely helpful even though we had a few gift cards that were going towards the payment making it a little complicated . We came away very happy. Would go back if I needed anything else .
