Ordered on line for collection at the Bedford store, the young man who served me was very polite and helpful he even carried my purchase to my car.

The man who sold us our washing machine was just brilliant, he was so lovely. When I had the washing machine delivered I was left with it leaking, when I called him to tell him as he only just left, he said that had nothing to do with him so very disappointed

Order received within 2 hours. Excellent service

This was not actually a purchase but an instant replacement as I bought a 3 year plan when I made the purchase in 2024.
For this instant replacement, the experience was completely trouble free. The staff member who attended to me at the Bedford Branch, was great. He was totally helpful and even re-confirmed the correct colour was handed to me.
I ALWAYS buy an extended warranty, this saved me £70.00, all for an original cost of £19.95 for the 3 year warranty.
I have over 14 extended warranties with Currys, some large white goods and others portable appliances. This equates to total reassurance, should a fault develop within the period of warranty.

I came into with very little time to purchase a PS% portable, was given excellent advice and quick service by Narinder who order the item on line for next day delivery to my house. The items arrived as promised without any issue.

All the staff were standing at the door having a chat.its like they thought they were doing me favour by helping me.The person who helped me treated me like a criminal and kept asking to see my ID as if he enjoyed having power over me

Received txt and email, on going to store was immediately asked what was required and having said I came for collection was dealt with straight away. After confirming id was handed item I came for completed whole transaction in under 10 minutes.

The assistant was very thorough and made me feel at ease. A very good experience and the delivery men were careful and polite although their English was limited which may have caused a problem if I wanted deeper information.

Quick delivery to store.
This laptop came with a charger which was great as the one from the actual manufacturer Hewlett Packard didnt and this one was cheaper.

Really excellent advice given in a patient and unhurried way that asked me to instant the features and benefits of the the air fryers on show.
The Curry's colleague was really helpful. Excellent delivery too.

Currys at this rate is loosing customers by the minute, after my review I got a response only so it looked like they care? Saw many customers experiencing the same issue I've experiencing and worse....Still no repair or attempt to resolve the faulty oven even though I paid for a care plan. Once they sell you a product you are left to your own if it goes faulty, doesn't matter if you bought cover they already took your money. Customer service is shocking as even the staff in Bedford branch lied to my face taking my details promising 24hr response ??? It's been a week and nothing, won't be supporting Currys ever again. Pls people I won't be the last be warned

The Sales lady, Sue, was brilliant. She was professional and yet so friendly with genuine interest in our purchasing and providing valuable advice.

Collected my item from the collection point with ease. Staff very helpful Saturday 12th September.

Purchased Xbox elite controller with 48hr delivery to local store this turned into 5days 3 phone calls to customer service and 2 trips to local store the item arrived at store in 24hrs of purchase under my name with a different number

When my new washing machine arrived the door was locked shut and would not open the 2 installation guys phoned and ordered me a replacement and said would be delivered The next Monday, waited all day phone Currys after 5pm and was told the order was cancelled, furious is an understatement. There was a lovely lady who tried to help but no joy, i will not be ordering anything from Currys again
