They were very responsive when I emailed them. My order arrived before I expected it.the free gifts that came with the wig are good quality, specifically the bonnet. The wig looks nice and full. I can’t wait to wear it.

Great hair, thick only con is they used a short lace on a 12-16 inch on 26inch hair.

I'll start with the Glows... I have 4 wigs from this company and two of them are pure perfection. They are half wigs one is an afro kinky 250% density 22" and the other one is kinky straight 250% density 22". I had no shedding initially and very minimal shedding after washing. I've washed them many times and will definitely repurchase them both.
As for the other two units, I purchased the m-cap kinky straight in a 250% density 22"and although the hair is super soft and gorgeous, that unit is completely useless. The wig sheds like it has alopecia and is definitely not a true 250% density. The company did issue a $10 refund because I was/am dissatisfied but that is still almost $200 in the trash. Now because I had high hopes of that wig being a one and done dud I tried again and got the same disappointment. I ordered a 9x6 kinky straight 250% density 22" kinky straight unit and again, the hair is soft and pretty but it sheds like a mangy dog.The pre plucked hairline is way too plucked and makes the lace way to obvious even after melting. I submitted a review (via a request email) with pictures and the review was never posted. This company only wants 5 star reviews and will only post 5 or 4 stars. This is dishonest to customers and not ok. All I can say is buyers be aware!

I am very surprised with the hair it’s actually quality. I love it very soft but it the hair shade a little bit.

I ordered from CurlyMeHair and was initially quite impressed, but my experience changed significantly over time. Here are the details:
The Positives:
• Shipping: The delivery was extremely fast, which was a pleasant surprise.
• Customs: I didn't have to pay any customs duties this time, which is a major plus.
• First Impression: Right out of the box, the hair felt very soft and had a beautiful bounce.
The Negatives:
• Hair Quality: Unfortunately, the satisfaction didn't last. After only 2–3 weeks, the hair started to tangle and mat excessively. Despite following a high-quality hair care routine and keeping the hair well-nourished, the quality has declined rapidly. For this price point—and for hair that is marketed as 100% human hair—this is very frustrating and disappointing.
• Missing Items: I am also deducting a star because the wig caps that were supposed to be included in the package were missing this time.
Final Verdict:
I’m giving two stars for the fast shipping and the lack of customs issues, but the poor longevity of the hair is unacceptable at this price. I expected much better.

I give 5 stars, I love the hair it's soft and beautiful. However I only received 76 pieces of hair when it says 50 in each bundle. I still love the hair l. Just wish I got all of it especially when it took a while to get here. Picture is on the website it's really beautiful though, and they said in contact with me the whole process so even with all that I'm happy to give 5 stars. Will order again!

I was worried about my order but customer service responded fast and efficiently and even shipped one of my wigs early. I love them

I ordered a half wig 24inch on the 22th of April. Then days passed and the status was not updating. Asked the customer service what’s going on they told me the half wig that i ordered is out of stock. So asked why they did not took it out. Back and forth with the customer service, had to pay even more for them to send the 26inch half wig. No apologies… Then order finally arrived on the 13th of May. Had to wait 3 weeks that normally should be here in 7-10 Days.

The quality is great and with the goodies and all but process for it to finally arrive took way to long…

I made a purchase and did not receive it in a week which I normally do. I contacted curly me. They were wonderful. Let me know what the problem was so I had enough time for Plan B to go to my Grand Daughter‘s wedding.

Made an order on 1st May , kept emailing asking when it would be shipped as I ordered for an upcoming holiday. Sent 2 seperate emails still no response. They have a live chat with no one live. Was getting no response so started commenting on their pictures on instagram, where others reached out to me saying they had the same problem and Theo ordered in March and April and hadn’t received anything so made disputes with their bank. Curlymee deleted the comments and sent me a DM saying sorry for the delay the order has now been cancelled. I woke up today to see that I had been charged and in fact my order was not cancelled. I reached out to them on insta again and they said “oh we checked the wrong order your order isn’t cancelled here’s a discount” are they taking the piss? I said absolutely not I want my order cancelled and refunded I’m not about to be scammed over £120. Communication is poor and they don’t send out your items. If there was an option to upload pictures I have all the messages and screenshots

They advertise as if they have products but they do not have any to send out, i believe this company is a scam… i ordered in April and its may i have not yet to receive a tracking number
